Italian Village Pizza

Best value ! This is the pizza shop where New Yorkers go for slice pizza Delicious... two extra large slices and soda for $6 bucks!

They make my favorite pizza, with that being said I'm probably biased. Always good friendly service, and consistent quality. When buying the slices they tend to be more greasy than normal (which is not the case at their other locations). I regularly eat there and will continue to.

Just ordered a X-Large pizza and picked it up about an hour ago. When they handed me the pizza it felt like a empty box with a giant sprint logo on it. Got back to the house and there was in fact a pizza in the box. It was as thin of a pizza as anyone could possibly make. Barely any sauce and the bare minimum amount of cheese to cover pizza. Ordered extra cheese on one half and they clearly didn't put any extra cheese on it considering it had the same amount as the other side. Pizza was dry and was burnt all around the edge of the crust, making it hard to eat. Paid over $21 for the pizza to boot. It's pretty clear they are more concerned with profit margins and less concerned about consumer retention. I won't be returning to Italian Village in Belle Vernon.

Wanting something different than Pizza Hut or Dominos, we chose IVP. It was nearly double the price of the chains, but we figured more of a homemade taste. We got there for pickup, and it wasn't ready yet. We literally witnessed the workers NOT using gloves for anything. The cashier, when not ringing or taking an order, was throwing toppings on pizza, without gloves, and did not wash her hands after using the register. She also had breadsticks of her own she was eating behind the line. Order up, that's right, our order was ready. We figured the oven baked off any germs and we left with the pizza. Didn't eat the crust for good measure, but could hardly enjoy the pizza because of what we saw at the restaurant. It was not enjoyable, and it will never happen again. **After this post, they blocked me from their Facebook page and deleted my comment about them not wearing gloves. The best best best buffalo chicken pizza ever. Nothing more to say about this place. Best ever.

When I went there this afternoon, I was shocked and dismayed to see a young worker tossing pizza dough without wearing a mask. This was despite signs requiring employees and customers to wear them. To be fair, she had a mask on-on her neck not over her nose and mouth. There was one other kitchen worker not wearing a mask. I enjoy their pizza but not enough to die over. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.

Just in town for a couple nights but kids were hungry even after an attempted dinner a few hours earlier so I ordered an XL Cheese Pizza. I was told 15-20 minutes til ready and showed up exactly 20 minutes after placing my order. The girl at the register was nice, and got my pizza right away, I paid, and I was out the door within a minute. I headed back to the hotel to feed my hungry kids. The pizza was hot and baked to perfection and we all enjoyed it. If you're looking for good NY style pies with quality ingredients look no further.

This preparer if you will of my Gyro Salad, sent me a salad with no FETA in it! VERY little lamb but PLENTY OF LETTUCE! OMG I paid over 13 bucks for that stupid thing plus WAY over 20% tip for the Driver! I called and the "preparer" said there's Feta in there. I want my money back RIGHT NOW!!!! ordered online. Now give me my damned money back!!! I'm goin to Fb 'n Pint ''n stuff. I'm a DAMNED GOOD CUSTOMER and this WITCH is LYING! $13.76 to pay for a friggin GREEK SALAD W/NO FETA and BARELY ANY LAMB!!! So disappointing. Have been here before about a year and a half to two years ago and pizza was great. Ordered a medium pizza with onion and pepperoni the other night for pick up.Awful. Dry, tasteless, over baked.Sparse toppings (mostly not much onion).I don't care about price if something is good, but 15 plus dollars for that garbage is an insult.Will never ever go back here.

Terrible delivery service. Never on time and usually takes more than an hour. Last time we ordered there was a mix up some how on our credit card info so the delivery drivers said they were on drugs. Won't be ordering from them anymore!
