Ichiban Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

We got in very quickly for an early dinner. We got food super quick too on the hibachi side. The food was good and we felt like the portions were generous, especially with the meat.

Ichiban is great. I thoroughly enjoy it every time I go whether I'm at a booth or the hibachi table. The food is fantastic. My steak is always cooked properly. I can't particularly remember the service which leads me to believe it's average. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The one side of the restaurant is fun and lively with several shows happening. The other side is more intimate with plenty of booths.

I love going to hibachi, but I can't eat it due to an allergy. However, the service at this location was 5 stars! So accommodating with my allergy and another friend's allergy. Very grateful for our waitress. So while I didn't get hibachi, I did get teriyaki chicken, broccoli, and rice, and wow, did they give me a big, fresh and delicious serving!! I loved the celery mixed in the broccoli - a nice added touch of flavor. I usually love to try an eclectic dish with many different flavors going on, but sometimes simple is better. A fun place as always, especially for large group celebrating a friend's bday.

I've been here maybe 50 times in the last 3 years, thus, this is not a fly-by-night review. Jason, owner/operator is typically near the bar or hostess station, greets everyone and knows nearly half the people through the door. Staff all seem to be...excited?...to be there. So happy to serve. So sweet. So kind. We sit at the bar as we like talking to staff, but the whole place is pretty and well kept up. Great looking place, well kept up. Just a really great restaurant!

Great sushi and the quality is very fresh. I got the food via takeout but would like to go back and try to the hibachi sometime.

Some of my coworkers and I came here on a Monday for lunch. There was no one in the restaurant, so we were seated right away. The lunch special included a soup, ginger salad and then an entree of choice with two of four sides. I chose the chicken entree with vegetables and fried rice. The chicken was covered in a sweet sauce but was a little chewy. The vegetable combination was not my favorite. The fried rice was quite average as well. For the price and the quantity of food, it was an ok lunch option.

Stopped by with my daughter for a quick bite. We both had miso soup. It was warm and tasty. I had the Volcano roll - tuna, crab, and cucumber. My daughter had the avocado roll. The sushi was good but since this is also a hibachi restaurant I came out smelling of hibachi (which I didn't want...). The banquettes were uncomfortable and made you feel like you were sliding Into the table top. You could feel the person on the other side of the banquette move with every breath. Also the seat cushion moved when i got up so that i saw the storage internet the banquette. Highly recommend not sitting at a table or directly at the sushi bar and not the banquettes booths. I will never sit at the banquettes here again and was uncomfortable enough by them I took off two stars.

Owners/management are wife and husband and witnessed them treating bartenders in a very disrespectful manner in front of customers. The bartenders were great and the owner/manager's actions were unacceptable.

I come here all the time the Sushi is literally the best I have ever tasted that's really all I get here!!!!!! The service is always friendly Jason is an awesome owner also ask for Kylee she's my favorite bar tender!!!! The ambiance in the bar and non hibachi side is great if yourLooking for a quite evening but he hibachi can get pretty loud but great experience

Consistently great sushi and service. Best in the Wexford, Cranberry area. Clean and always delicious.
