Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse

So went with my pals to this place , and I'll say the dinning experience was good! The tables were nice , same with the outfits of the workers , and also they had a nice bathroom too. The waiter I had was nice and made sure I always had my drinks But the food was cooked well ! Good flavor , the chef was skillful and fun to watch. Chicken hibachi : 4.2/5 Building : 4 Surrounding customers:3 Overall 4 !

Always love Ichiban! The service wasn't the best but the food is always on point. I had the filet and shrimp and I had no complaints!

I will NEVER get sick of ichiban. It's personally my favorite hibachi around here and through Pittsburgh. I always get extra noods because ummm extra noods! The monster roll is fantastic as well as many others. I love the steak hibachi and the service and atmosphere is always on point! Thanks for everything!

I am so glad they don't understand i don't want veggie in any part of my order! Since this how saga is have to go to the place near century 3 Watami. I truly hate this place! No photo to share I canceled my food due to poor customer service!

Pretty generic hibachi style restaurant with slightly expensive options. The hibachi grill was also not cleaned properly, so I would not recommend.

Emperor's deluxe hibachi + geisha to drink Meal specs: Lobster, filet, scallops, and shrimp. Instead of rice I get a double order of noodles. This experience was not good. It's all about the chef. Ours seemed experienced. Apparently, the grill was too hot. The noodles immediately stuck to it when he first put them on. There was a lot of scraping of stuck noodles off the grill. When it came time to eat the noodles they were limp & lack luster. I love noodles. Which is why I get 2 orders. I hardly ate any. That results continued with the rest of the meal. Drink specs: Great! The bartender is awesome!The better location to go to is the one located in Robinson. On the other hand, he bartender at this location is great. The food not so much. Only unless you are lucky enough to get one of the seasoned cooks! Bon appétit (or not)

This is exactly what I want from hibachi! The chef was great, food was cooked perfectly, and the waitress was attentive. I have never had noodles at hibachi so that was a nice surprise! It was pretty crowded but we only waited around 30 minutes because it is so large. They also have an option to not sit in front of the grill.

Service was great today. Went around 4:45, no wait, seated right away. Our server was awesome, he was funny and very polite. Food was delicious. Had a great time and will definitely be back!

We made reservations 30 min before arriving. As hibachi is a group event, we were seated with a party of 4 adults, 2 young children, and an infant. The grandparents, parents, and grandchildren were celebrating two February birthdays. The oldest child repeatedly reached for the hot grill. The grandparents were overwhelmed by corraling the children. The parents' focus were on the baby. Needless to say, the chaos didn't improve the experience. Since we arrived after the other party, the waitress rushed to catch us up to them. We ordered seaweed salad, miso soup, lobster roll, filet with chicken hibachi, and filet with scallops. The salad dressing on the iceberg lettuce salad was awful. I wonder how food allergies are handled. The same spatula transferred raw food, cooked, and served all the food. Very large portions, Leftovers for days. Ample free parking.

Decided to try a new Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse. Went to the Ichiban in Robinson Township, PA. I must say I was disappointed. Went there for lunch, they don't have a lunch menu or maybe it was because we went on a Saturday. I ordered Filet mignon and Shrimp for my meal. I asked for my steak to be rare, and it was medium, my shrimp was so overcooked it was difficult to chew. I wasn't impressed with the fried rice either. The chef and waitress were pleasant and the waitress took care of our needs. The restaurant was set up with hibachi tables and looked like your typical Japanese Hibachi place. I don't think I'll return based on the fact that my food was subpar and because it was over cooked, it was basically inedible and I wasted $48 for my meal. I took the leftovers home, my husband took a bite of shrimp and spit it out, thank God my cat didn't mind over cooked food.
