Cute restaurant with an eggs benedict ficus. I got the barbacoa eggs benedict and they were very good. Nice flavor, perfect eggs, and tender meat. I would prefer the potatoes a bit crispier but they were still good. I also got a latter and it was tasty. They seem like a pretty popular place so expect to wait if you get there at a popular time. I have about a 45 minute wait at 10am on a Saturday - so plan ahead! Has a small parking lot out front.

My dad wanted to go out for breakfast and thought this was an interesting option, so off we went! The House of Bennys specializes in Eggs Benedict, though they did have some other nice looking options, so my sister and mom sat it out as they were not interested in benedicts. The menu was very extensive, with lots of benedict options, and I was pleased to see half portions, which would be a great option as the portions were VERY generous! Everybody at the table picked something different and was very happy with their choice. I went with the lighter looking option of a caprese style benny. It was very good, with a nice balance of veggies to egg, and wasn't overly sauced. The breakfast potatoes were delicious as well! The decor is very cute, and the service was friendly. On a weekday, late breakfast, it was not at all crowded and service was quick and friendly. If I'm in the area, it will be a go again place!

Stayed in Poland for a dog show at the fairgrounds. Wanted to eat at something that was not fast food and Yelp sent us this direction. What a great find (thanks Yelp!)We walked in. A nice customer opened the door for us and over heard us say "ooooh, this is cute Im glad we chose this" so he responds. "Is this your first time here?!?! We explained we were from out of town and now his wife animatedly joins the conversation with so much enthusiasim. "Ooooh you have to try... and I think she rambled off half the menu. Then ends her recommendation with "I just had the avocado toast, and I just loved it here look at it" and shows us her toast... Wow, it looked amazing. Sold. You bet we ordered some. It was how avocado toast should look. It looked so good that my friend who doesn't usually like things like that actually ordered it. As she was eating it she kept saying Mmmmm. I don't think she even realized she was doing it.I ordered avocado, toast and a pancake with blueberries and pecans. The pancake was as big as my head... no wait, it was bigger than my head. Add- It was delicious. I may go back tomorrow. It had a lot of pecans and blueberries on it. Did I mention they have both maple syrum and blueberry syrup. Yum yum. Everything came out to 26 ish with tip. Great place for breakfast. Ask to get Alexis's station. She was very attentive and has the best personalityCute dining room too! .

First and foremost, the food was delicious! Our server was slammed but she worked her tables like a pro. The food took a little bit to come out but not too crazy. They have a nice selection of coffee flavorings as well which was a bonus.

As soon as I found out there was a restaurant that specialized in Eggs Benedict I wanted to go. It is my favorite breakfast dish. So I had high expectations when visiting House of Bennys. The restaurant itself had a cute small town diner feel. I also appreciated the decor showcasing the restaurant's dog mascot. For breakfast I ordered the salmon Eggs Benedict and a side of sausage. My server accidentally confused my order and brought me a sausage Eggs Benedict. She was very accommodating after the mistake and quickly brought me a salmon Eggs Benedict as well. They ended up charging us only for one of the Benedicts. So in the end this worked out because I got to try two of the Eggs Benedicts! I started with the sausage Benedict. The slight spiciness of the sausage complimented the meal perfectly. I then got to try the salmon Benedict. The salmon was a surprisingly thick piece of salmon. I expected it to be shredded or something. I thought the salmon was almost too thick and overpowered the rest of the Benedict. It was still good, but I definitely ended up favoring the sausage. Side note: I warmed up half of each of the Benedicts in the microwave the next day and they both were still very good reheated. Which surprised me. I definitely look forward to returning and trying more of the Benedict options because there were a lot to choose from!

The Avacado toast is absolutely yummy. I added poached eggs for that complete breakfast meal. The Eggs Benedict was really flavorful. What I didnt finish Heated up well later that day.You can have 2 different types of Benedict if you ask. They have a fabulous menu. Please make a reservation on the weekends. Parking in back does help. The owner is really cool and has that spiritual vibe. Highly recommend. Oh I forgot to mention the Home fries were crispy and flavorful. I have tried 3 different Benedicts all were yummy. My favorite go to breakfast place.

Delicious eggs Benedict with a variety of options! Friendly and attentive staff, coffee is also strong and not watered down which I really hate. Large portions and weekend specials as well. I order Ropa Vieja - well seasoned and flavorful meat. Was not a fan of japlapeno cheese sauce but they were kind enough to bring me regular potatoes. Personal preference, some people may like the nacho cheese style

To get a table Is comical. You walk in 75% of tables are open they ask if you have a reservation for breakfast. Many times they turn people away. Then the tables sit open for an hour. They have plenty of help but are just nasty at the hostess stand. If you do have a reservation they find you the worst possible table. Food is great if you can take the extremely frustrating welcome.

It was my first morning in Ohio, and the first thing I woke up to wasn't the smell of fresh coffee or the sizzle of bacon, it was a pop quiz on the life cycles of wheat and an in-depth seminar on the many types of bread the world has to offer. I walked into this breakfast joint thinking I'd order something simple eggs, bacon, the usual, only to find myself transported into an advanced level course in "Breadology 101".The moment I sat down, I was bombarded with questions: "Sourdough or ciabatta? Whole grain or rye? Do you prefer your bread lightly toasted, heavily toasted, or spiritually enlightened by the warmth of an ancient oven?" I half expected a Scantron to be placed in front of me.The restaurant itself was nice and cozy, charming, and definitely passionate about their craft. The food? It was... okay. The toast, of course, was life changing (as it should be, given the enthusiasm). But my eggs and bacon felt like they were merely supporting characters in this theatrical performance of carbs.Overall, if you're looking for breakfast with a side of education and a deep dive into the philosophy of bread, this is the place for you. Just be ready to study.

This was a quaint little place with great food and service. Sometimes the best food is in the unpretentious places. We will definitely come back!
