Delicious local business. Subs are always hot, bread is perfect. Service is fast and friendly.

Used to be awesome...... Last visit, there was zero meat on the ends. And not much between. One tomato slice per half on a junior. They must be getting cheaper. Won't be back.

Not the best. Toasted buns but the meat and cheese are cold so defeats the purpose of a hot sub.

My first time back to Hotrods in about four years. Ordered a Junior Hotrod (8" sub w/ Ham, Capiccola, Roast Beef). Bread was toasted a little too much at the ends, meat portion seemed small, and L/T/O was pretty scarce. Service was quick, but quality of the sub and ingredients therein were subpar (or at least not what I remember their standard to be). It was a little out of the way on my trip, so I thought it would be worth the stretch. Visit was not worth $8, so I will be a bit wary the next time.

Very good sub and excellent owner staff...The sub is made very fast and totally delicious...

I always make a point to hit this sub shop when I am in the Sharon area. I think the bread is what makes the sandwich. Everytime I come I can count on a delicious ham and cheese.

Just had the best Super Sub sandwich! It was warm and toasty with the best ingredients. Plus, Rod himself was super friendly and personable. This AZ girl will be sure to come back next time I'm here.

Went to Hotrods Sub Shop for the first time today. I was in the mood for a salad. I ordered a small gyro salad. The salad was very small, served in a styrofoam bowl. The lettuce was shredded, the kind found on the sandwiches, and was very hard to pick up by fork. There were two very thin tomatoes slices and two very thin onion slices. There was the equivalent of four small, thin gyro meat slices cut up on the salad. It was a very meager salad. I paid $7.50 for the salad, which I felt was rather expensive for this sub par salad. When the owner came over and asked how the salad was I told him it was "just okay". He seemed surprised to hear this but did not offer to make it better in any way. Like I said, this was my first visit to Hotrod Sub Shop and I don't think I will ever visit there again.
