Highland Bar

The fish sandwiches are absolutely DELICIOUS. They've been my family's go-to during Lent this year! Highly recommend.

The highland is a locally owned bar with cheap drinks & large portions of food. They have a fridge full of craft beers & domestics on tap. It's loud & smokey, but a good, friendly environment to have a few drinks & watch the game. They have a large space so you can bring all your friends & not worry about finding seating. It's very casual & whatever you want, you order at the bar. The bartenders are always fast & friendly. Food is nothing to write home about, just your basic bar food. I'll always return here for a few drinks & sometimes grab some food if I'm reeeally hungry.

Highland Bar in West View been around since1977 owned by the Brink family a lot of good changes during the years but Great food and a good happy hour plus all day Miller Lite and Coors lite specials 7 Days a week plus a Great place to watch Sports with there 10 television

The Highland bar makes the best Reuben sandwich in the North Hills they put tiny little pickles on the sandwich it's fantastic! Next time you're in the mood for a Reuben sandwich stop at the highland bar for a beer and a Reuben you won't regret it

Came here because they had been advertising wing night and although we have our usual wing spot, we decided to give this place a try. Showed up at about 830 and I guess it was seat your self? I'm not sure? There weren't any signs. Sat at a table for about 15-20 mins and no one payed us any mind. Was anyone even working? I'm not sure. We saw one or maybe two people working the bar but no one taking care of the section of tables that were off to the side. So we left. I wish we could have tried the food but no one was interested in serving us any.

Highland bar is right on, awesome mix of old school and new... stop in for a fun time.!

This place is ok, but if you go after 11:00 pm, even on a Saturday night, they will close early because one of the bartenders wants to go drink somewhere else. Do not recommend.

Cheap drafts, delicious wings and a yinzer vibe. What else could you ask for? I typically come here for lunch, they have two wing nights and a great deal on a burger and fries. I will eventually make it through their menu which includes cheesesteaks and fish sammies on Friday's.

Used to be an excellent corner bar with great prices on domestics and quality food. Highly recommend the cheese steak. The only bartender worth seeing is only there on Sundays and Mondays; bar staff has gone downhill. Kitchen employees are still great though.
