Heggy's Candy

Their chocolate is locally famous and in my opinion, delicious. As for the restaurant portion: What you you see is what you get. Very dated but cozy. If you want food you can cook at home served with a smiling face, this place is for you. I've had a burger here (a bit dry and over cooked) and chicken tenders (enjoyed them, nice crust to meat ratio). This place is old-school in appearance and service. It's a place I will most likely continue to eat.

Sure the candy is great, but when I visit family in town we always go to Heggys for a bacon cheeseburg and those delicious buttered fries.
