I can not say enough about how pleased I was with Mark. The food and service was fabulous! He does not have a "cookie cutter" menu. He asks what you like and what you want. The menu was fantastic. The food was complimented by all of our guests.

Working with Mark and the Heavenly Cuisine Custom Catering team could not have been a better experience. From the planning process to the night of our wedding, Mark ensured every detail was personalized and fun!When we planned out the menu, Mark asked us what kinds of food and activities we liked to get a better sense of who we were as a couple to incorporate that into the food. He was creative, fun, and relaxed in planning the menu - the best combination!We were so excited for our unique menu, we told all of our friends and family about it leading up to the wedding. By the time the wedding came around, guests were eating plate after plate of Mark's delicious food! Our guests raved about each and every dish! The staff that worked with Mark were also so kind and friendly; HCCC just made the whole evening feel so perfect!Mark was also a wonderful resource when looking for a wedding planner and a rental company. His expertise in the industry was felt every step of the way and it brought us a sense of peace knowing that he would be there to help us with the inevitable snafus - even if they weren't catering related!I would recommend Mark and Heavenly Cuisine Custom Catering to every single person I know - no matter the event. I would recommend Heavenly Cuisine Custom Catering for any event. My husband and I met with Mark before our wedding and he designed a one of a kind wedding menu for us. He went the extra mile to make sure our day was special and our meal was out of the world. Even packaged up all our left overs with instructions on how to reheat. 5 stars all around and will use again.

PLEASE DO NOT USE HEAVENLY CUISINE FOR YOUR CATERED EVENT. My family called this business to cater a funeral luncheon for my mother n law, (WHO PASSED AWAY FROM COVID). We had a contract with him stating full payment was not needed until the day of the event. The owner of this establishment called and wanted full payment two (2) days before the event. If he was a good business man, he would never go against his contract with the customer!!!!!!!!!!! No caterer would ever, ever ask for full payment before he does the job and you are fully satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE HEAVENLY CUISINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heavenly Cuisine catered our AARP luncheon today and for $28 per person we got one stale roll for each person and an embarrassing portion of meat, mashed potato and vegetable. There was no salad or appetizer and for a desert they had slapped a spoonful of peach or apple cobbler on a plate with a half scoop of their "homemade" cinnamon ice cream that was hard as a rock. I would not recommend this caterer for any occasion.

Heavenly Cuisine catered a lunch with sandwiches, sides, and desserts. Everything was delicious. Best buffet side dishes I have ever tasted. They were reliable, helpful, and flexible. Highly recommend.

Mark was so friendly, professional and easy to work with. His food is amazing!!! We hired him for my husbands 50th Birthday Party and he came up with great menu choices, everyone loved the food ! Also his staff was professional and friendly! I highly recommend '
