4.5 stars overall. Harvest Valley Farms is a fourth-generation family-owned farm. It uses sustainable practices such as organic pesticides, manure fertilizer, and crop rotation to grow over 160 different varieties of fruits and vegetables.Depending on the season of year, the farm's CSA and store could sell produce such as apples, asparagus, beets, blueberries, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, corn, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, peas, peppers, pumpkins, potatoes, radishes, raspberries, spinach, tomatoes, squash, strawberries, zucchini, etcetera.I visited the farm's store on a weekend afternoon. I saw some in-season produce. I also saw many other foods such as salsas, dressings, sauces, honeys, cheeses, milks, eggs, meats, noodles, soup mixes, jams and jellies, and baked goods (e.g., breads, cookies, and pies). Many of these foods came from dozens of other local and non-local businesses. Prices were moderate.I selected several foods to buy. Two employees promptly rang up my purchase, made courteous small-talk, and wished me a good day. I ate the foods at home. I rate the peanut-butter chocolates as 5 stars, the apple pie as 4 stars, the rhubarb-strawberry jam as 4.5 stars, the potato soup as 4.5 stars, the potato-sauerkraut pierogies as 5 stars, the butter-chicken kit as 3 stars, the parsnips as 4.5 stars, and the banana-bread mix as 5 stars.

Very impressive Farmers Market and Start Up Bakery.Stumbled across the Harvest Valley Farm Market & Bakery while sightseeing on a Sunday drive exploring the area. They have great seasonal and hothouse produce in the winter which in my opinion far surpasses the taste and quality of any grocery store. There is a small frozen meat section, cheeses, specialty sauces and canned (jar) goods. And then theres the Bakery! wonderful onsite small batch artisan baked goods. We picked up a pack of Bagels and a Blackberry pie, both were outstanding. All folks working there were extremely friendly and helpful adding to the farmstead feel and expectations. All products are locally sourced and care is given to the quality of selections. Their website speaks to the who, what, where, when, and why of the products.Highly recommend Harvest Valley Farm Market & Bakery to anyone who values taste and quality over fast and bland. The selections are limited as it is fresh, responsibly grown, and seasonal.

My wife took me to harvest valley with the promise that I would smell a fresh peach pie when we walked in. When we walked out we had a fresh peach pie. Also, they have various produce items, local honey, and some potted plants. Mostly I would go here for the pie.

I love, love, love Harvest Valley. They have a farmer's market right on route 8 which has fresh produce, wonderful baked goods and pies, coffee, and meats. And their jams (especially their bumbleberry) is phenomenal! We started coming here a long time ago for pumpkin picking in the fall and we always have a nice time. We have gone elsewhere and regret it. Down a stone driveway into a valley sits the farm and their fields. Beautiful setting. Fields of crops and lots of pumpkins. They offer pumpkin picking without an entrance fee which is nice. They have pumpkins already picked or you can grab a cart and pick your own or do both:). They have farm animals to pet and feed. They have a corn maze and hay rides for an added cost. They have a little store there where they sell fall staples that include pumpkin roll, candy and caramel apples, and their jams. They have gourds for sale and a hay bale maze for the little kids. Today they had a lady there talking about bees with a bee hive there. She was selling honey and hand creams and balms. She was very interesting and knows her bees. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice parking area. I like to go when they first open because it is a little less crowded. But they do have musicians come in a little later in the day and perform for their fall festival. Just awesome. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else ever again. This place is awesome!

Maybe the best carmel apple pie I've ever had...crisp apple slices and damn near perfect crust. Peach praline (praw leen) pie is heaven, but you can't go wrong with any pie selection here. The aroma will seep into your brain and demand their baked goods.

Absolutely love their produce and baked goods. The staff are wonderful and treat you like family the second you set foot in the door. 2 days before Thanksgiving I stopped to see if they had any last minute pies left and ended up being handed fresh hot pies right out of the oven. Highly recommend!!!!
