We finally were able to take the advanced pasta making class. Yvonne never disappoints. We loved every minute. First we created the dough. Then we rapped it and let it sit. That's when the fun began. Yvonne made all kinds of delicious appetizers (look at the pics to see what I mean you'll be drooling). Everyone got their own individual antipasto platter that had traditional and unique delicacies. She also made regional delicacies from all parts of Italy. We loved every bite. She let us share the leftovers and take them home. It's BYOB so you can do that and enjoy some prosecco and lemoncello she provides at the end. For this class, you use her kitchenaid machines and extensions to make the pasta dough extend. She also had a little form to make the ravioli or little cutouts to do it free form in a little shapes. I love the hearts. Then she cooks up your pasta for you to try it in one of her olive oils or sage butter she made. Absolutely delicious! We ended the night with dessert. Everything was delicious. Tuesday is my husband's birthday (I mentioned it in passing when booking) and she got him a balloon and cupcake to celebrate. Yvonne is a wonderful, generous person and super talented. If you're looking for a fun night out, call Yvonne and schedule the basic and advanced pasta making class. You get a lot for your money and will love every minute.

We had a blast with Yvonne and June! There were 4 of us and it was honestly one of the best double date nights we've ever had. We're all foodies so Yvonne really fed our hearts. We were absolutely stuffed and loaded with leftovers leaving and Nona raised a good eater. Mangia !Between the pasta and some of the app dishes it really took me right back to sitting with Nona peeling boiled tomatoes or being sent out into the garden to pick basil. As an impatient kid I watched the pasta making but never really got to make it. Usually Nona would be threatening me with a sculacciata (spanking with a wooden spoon) my cue to run back outside. What a rewarding night. Now, I feel like I may have the skill to make a special pasta dinner! Many thanks to Yvonne and June, hope to visit again soon!

I love Handmade Pasta by Yvonne. The owners have lived in Italy and know what great pasta tastes like. Many flavors to chose from. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! When you walk into the store, Yvonne & Jim Hennigan, the owners, are always hard at work making their pasta but they always top what they're doing to make time for their customers. They even speak in Italian to make it a little more fun and engaging. Please make a stop in!

I have always enjoyed their pasta and oils. I was excited when my wife had bought us tickets for anpasta making class. Then i was horrified when they refused, despite the close contact we would have and their..and my... advanced ages, to wear masks. I had to turn around and leave. Im sorry to say i will no longer be able to patronize their store- no meal is worth the potential danger they were putting their cliebts in.

I tried her pasta this past week, and it really was quite good. I only have tried the plain but it is so thin it almost doesn't seem like pasta. She air dries the pasta. Yvonne explained that regulation insists that only wet refrigerated pasta can be listed as fresh. The cooking time is the same as fresh pasta and it is far more delicate. $4 for 8 oz.
