My wife and I just had our reception here a week ago. The experience was absolutely fantastic Lori was our planner and did the best job anyone could ask for. The food was literally the best her myself and multiple other guests have ever had and it's all done in house. From the bartender to the dj to the beautiful decorations this is easily the most underrated venue in the area and it's affordable at any level but classy at any level as well.

We had the opportunity to tour this event venue over the weekend and it was extremely stunning and welcoming upon entry. A special shout out to the coordinator Lori Murphy who made our tour amazing. She was so very friendly, answered all of our questions and was extremely informative during our visit. We met the Chef and even left with 2 sample boxes of cake following our tour! This venue boasts their all inclusive services provided in-house if you elect to utilize this party event center. There is also no rental fee for use of their facility. The venue is located immediately off of route 8 and has ample parking available. Thanks again Lori for your time. Note: They have another event center at the Holy Trinity location.

If you are looking for a venue this is it. Kelley and Lori are awesome! Anything you need for your day is taken care of and with a smile! We had our ceremony and reception here on January 21, 2018 and cannot say enough thank you's to Kelley and her staff. Kelley treats you like a friend instead of a client. They take the stress out of a very stressful day. Our day was everything we imagined and so much more! Thank you again to Kelley for being there every step of the way.

We held a post-funeral luncheon here and couldn't be happier with the facility, the food and service. They did an amazing job on short notice. The food was delicious, high quality and plentiful. I highly recommend Hampton Banquet Hall for any occasion.

My office hold their Christmas party here every year. I have gone to it the last 5 or so years. It is a medium sized venue with a dance floor and bar. They have a coat check when you walk in which is very nice. We always have stuffed chicken, which I love! It is not dry and the gravy on it is yummy. We also have roast beef for the other meat but it's not something I have tried. Besides those two things we have veggies, mashed potatoes, and baked ziti. Nothing super special but it's not bad. I really like their Italian dressing! It's super tangy. Service is always very nice, friendly, and fast. They pay attention to the tables and clear off plates and cups as soon as possible with I think is nice! It's always very clean. All in all it is a very nice venue and is well taken care of. The food is good, service is friendly, and it's clean! Upon forward to the Christmas party here every year!

Food was standard wedding fare. Not amazing quality but good. Desserts and chocolate fountain were great though. What set them apart was the service. Our table didn't have an empty plate or bowl in front of us for 30 seconds before it was cleared. Staff was very friendly and manager was on the floor all night. Clean as well. Defiantly worth looking into for your event.

We were thrilled with the experience we had at the Hampton Banquet Hall. Planning a wedding with our daughter long distance wasn't easy. As soon as she met with Lori, she knew she had found the right venue for her reception. Lori helped us every step of the way and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She was very patient with our last minute changes. When we walked into the room on the day of the reception, Kelley was there to oversee everything. The room looked gorgeous! DJ Rick was great and created just the right atmosphere of fun. We received many compliments on the food, the room, and the decor. It was a great evening thanks to the excellent service. I highly recommend Hampton Banquet Hall.

This facility exceeded every expectation! Our daughter's wedding reception was so wonderful! The staff, the food, the venue and the coordinator were excellent! We dropped off the decor in the morning and the staff took care of everything. We arrived for the reception and every detail was taken care of. The cocktail hour appetizers were ready and delicious and the bar staff was friendly and efficient. Our guests were very complimentary about dinner, the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. At the end of the night, things were cleaned up, packed and ready to go in no time. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. We were thrilled with every aspect of our wedding reception at the Hampton Event Center!

I am writing this review in hopes that no other couple ever has to go through what my wife and I went through. Background: we got married during the pandemic -- it was a tough time for couples getting married and businesses that make a living from weddings and other live events alike. When we planned to get married a year and a half prior, there was no predicting that a global pandemic would force us to postpone and (then) ultimately decide to cancel our wedding after a second attempt and failure due to the pandemic. Up until this point, the Hampton Banquet Hall and its staff were the most pleasant people imaginable. However, when we ultimately had to cancel the wedding because our postponed date did not work, those same pleasant people turned into snakes in the grass. I called for days during their listed business hours to no answer. I left a few well-mannered messages to try and entice a return to my calls. When I finally got in touch with the establishment, it was the manager/(unbeknownst to me at the time) the owner. Now, we understood that there was no perfect solution. Either we would lose out or HBH would, and we felt that neither party should fully lose out. So, we asked for a 50% refund/50% credit. Seemed fair to us -- we'd get some money back and we'd also have a commitment to give HBH some business for a future event. Unfortunately, we were met with unwillingness to meet us halfway and, upon pressing for the compromise, we were met with very nasty exchanges in which we had to choose between catering or fearing that we would get absolutely nothing. So, despite our interactions with people, we took the voucher in hopes that we could use it for something positive in the future. Fast forward to this year -- we finally found use for our voucher in planning a family party. However, I was not quick to forget the experience my wife and I went through with HBH, so I asked the business if we could designate one of my family members as the primary planning contact for the event. HBH granted us that and things were once again going smoothly until the first of a new set of red flags -- they wanted another security deposit on top of the hefty deposit we had already made/they kept from our canceled wedding. All for a casual family party! I stomached this because I feared again that if we pushed back, the business would walk away and we would have wasted so much time, effort, and money. As the event got closer, particularly about two weeks before the family party event, the family member that HBH and I agreed to represent our family for planning the event called me to let me know that he was having issues getting in touch with HBH and that when he finally did get through, the manager/owner told him that he was harassing the business and its employees -- I kid you not, he ONLY left voicemails asking for HBH to get back to him about planning an event that was two weeks away! He didn't even know that I had the exact same issues of not getting an answer to my calls or the nastiness that ensued when I finally did. Starting to notice a pattern? I was pleasant enough to take over planning at that point to get the event and our money across the finish line, but I would never ever do business with these people again nor recommend them to anyone even considering booking an event here. The sad reality is, had they given us a positive experience, I would have recommended them without hesitation to any friends and family searching for an event venue (since like I said, they were very, very pleasant at first). Unfortunately, this situation soured very quickly and the ugliest part about it is that these people know how to "turn it on" and sell you on their kindness up front, only to look out for themselves and be nasty in wake of complications. That is the worst kind of business in my opinion -- snakes in the grass.

We needed a venue for Mom's funeral luncheon. I had been here at a birthday party which was impressive. At a time that you don't need stress or glitches, this place was fabulous. The menu selection is extensive and even offered GF options. Everyone was easy to work with. The experience was everything I could ask for. The staff made us feel welcome, the food was plentiful and delicious. The facility is comfortable and decorated elegantly. Great facility!
