Griff's Italian Ice & Soft Serve

Love Griff's! Creamy soft serve! Best ever. Staff is great. Gelatos delish too but most get the twist in a waffle cone. Price competitive in today's ice cream world!

I've gone a few times and it's a hit or miss! Service is really fast and the staff are accommodating when you need it to go. Unfortunately, when I got the chocolate milkshake and twist cone, it lacked flavor. I also got sprinkles and they were stale. I would recommend getting the italian ice since it's smooth, refreshing, and lots of flavors to choose from!

Delicious and fast service! The ice and soft serve were cold - which I know is obvious, although the soft serve was not melting this summer night. The parking lot turned over a few times during my visit, and there is easy access to the walking/biking trail.

The Oreo milkshake was the best milkshake I've ever had. Service was fast & friendly. Window service. Casual seating outside next to the bike trail.

Griff's is a great place to stop for some Italian Ice when we want to go out for a treat. The shop is super close to our home and has ample parking which is another plus. We appreciate the variety of flavors that are offered and our kids love it as well. Prices are reasonable and staff is always kind. I only wish they had indoor seating so that we could enjoy it even when it's raining as the only seating options are outside.

Well, this place checks most of the boxes for me. Griffs sits right on the Heritage trail that runs through Murrysville and other communities. The ice cream products that they sell are fresh and delicious. Prices are really reasonable.

Amazing soft serve, and the best place to get authentic water ice. (Spent time in Philadelphia and not many Pittsburgh people know it as water ice). The locals call it Italian Ice, and Griff's knows how to do it. Amazing flavors! This place is a much visit for all your favorite frozen treats

Best soft serve in the area, put it in a waffle cone and it can't be beat. Next time I go I'm going to try the sundae.

Ice cream, and the service here is too notch!! Never a disappointment. Staff always fuss when my dog accompanies me. He loves their attention and of course, a pup-cup.

Very good!Friendly staff and good Italian ice. The soft serve is the best I've ever had. The outdoor bench seats are convenient. I will return soon.
