Great course that is well maintained, flat with nicely groomed fairways. The sand traps have real sand that you can dig into that makes traps easier to hit out of. The greens are top notch with mostly smooth level surfaces but still challenging. I give the course 4 stars because the clubhouse did not sell beer. Sounds petty but most golfers want a cold beer while they golf
