Grand China Restaurant

I've been a regular at this place for about three years now and I must say that this place is pretty delicious for a takeout Chinese restaurant.The service is always speedy and efficient and the staff here is very warm and welcoming. The quality and quantity of food that you receive is also extremely satisfactory.On a typical day I order a generals chicken combo platter, a garlic shrimp with broccoli combo platter and I'm also a huge fan of the Szechuan beef. The flavors are all rich in each and every one of these dishes and the food is never too salty. Being a huge connoisseur of Chinese food, I know authentic Chinese cuisine when I see it. If you're looking for a great Chinese spot in the area, this is the place to go!!!!

This place is good. Food always tastes fresh and the people taking your order on the phone are always courteous. I've had several different dishes and they all have satisfied. If your looking For Chinese in the area don't hesitate.

Its the only place to eat chinese in our area but i gotta say very good my family had it for dinner the other night. Prices are as u would expect. Food was cooked well place looked clean to me an the people where friendly we will be back im sure. They do need to advertise better tho we lived in gallitzin almost 2 years never knew it was there.

Always fast and people working there are friendly. The best and only chinese place to either eat in or take out. My fiance is picky on chinese but this place takes her breath away every time!

Enjoyed the food! I always get the shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg rolls and shrimp and broccoli. Never disappointed! Quick pick up!

I have been a college student in Cresson for the past 4 years, and I am a Chinese food fanatic, so I have gone A LOT. First off I don't suggest trying anything new or different here, I have tried it twice and have been disappointed. The first time I got the teriyaki chicken, which comes on a stick and looked undercooked when I first got it but I tried anyways... bad choice I came down with food poisoning. Second time I got chow mein, which is supposed to be like a fried noodle.. it is not anything like the pictures on google, it's just some slimy vegetables and chicken and them you get some crispy chip things which I guess were supposed to be the noodles. Despite those 2 (out of like 50) experiences I have never been disappointed. The items I enjoy from there include: General Tso's, Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Pork fried rice, Chow mei fun, dumplings, eggrolls, crab Rangoons, and lo mein. All of these dishes are on point. I suggest getting their little combos they offer-- it comes with the entree, a large serving of pork fried rice, and an egg roll, you won't be leaving there hungry. The people who work there are always very nice and the service is speedy. My food (usually two combos) is always done in about 15 minutes. If you want something quick and local for Chinese food this is it. If you don't mind driving the extra 20 minutes to Altoona I like Panda Express better, but I go here a lot because I love to support small businesses and enjoy authentic Chinese food.

Dirty. Bugs in food. Taste stale. Not sure how they're open. I love Chinese food and would never eat here.
