We stopped by on a whim and had to get the adorable gingerbread bottles for our boba. The boba itself was good and the pearls were soft and chewy. You can order at the register or at a kiosk. The inside is simple with a few small tables with chairs. It did take a while to make our last boba but we didn't mind the wait. They also gave us little snoopy straw toppers for our boba straws and were nice about the fact that we were there past closing and never rushed us out (we didn't realize that they closed so soon!).

Finally, an authentic and high quality boba chain spot opened up in Pittsburgh! Was so excited for this to open up after finding the news about it and being from California which has all the better boba spots. The store was super newly remodeled, clean, and spacious with a few tables to enjoy your boba, study, or socialize. There is a self-ordering Kiosk machine as well as the front register to order your drinks. The workers were super friendly and gave opportunities to let them know if your drink does not taste satisfying and they will remake it for you. My friend and I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ boba and Mango slush w/ white pearls. The boba was definitely made well, satisfying my boba cravings. Will definitely be coming here often!

We came on a Saturday afternoon, and it was fairly empty. You order directly at the kiosk, and the staff was there to clarify any questions. There was only one person working there, so even with our party of two, it took about 10 min to get our two drinks and waffle. My Earl Grey milk tea with 30% sweetness was great. The tea flavor was pretty strong. I wouldn't recommend their waffles though. It's not the traditional egg waffles, but tasted more like a pancake mix. It's less spongy. They didn't have any background music, so at first it was a little awkward conversing when we were the only ones there. Overall, we had a great experience and would try other drinks next time.

A pretty good international boba brand that recently opened up a spot in the South Side. I was quite excited to try this spot out, as I've heard lots about it. I know it is one of the biggest boba brands globally. I decided to try out their strawberry milk tea and chocolate chunk cookie.The milk tea was actually quite good. They had real, small pieces of strawberry mixed in at the bottom. The drink itself was smooth and sweet. 100% sweetness was probably too sweet for me. Good portion size, although a little expensive, but still not bad. I'd definitely get more tea from them.The chocolate chip cookie was, however, very disappointing. Not much chocolate at all, and it was very dry. Don't recommend.All in all, a solid boba store. I liked the boba itself, but the other items, like the cookies, are probably not the best, from my experience.

Okay beverage, nice staff and friendly service in the evening, but HATE the looping music that bothers my ears and made the ambiance less enjoyable for a boba place. Could u please turn it off or mute it or play something else that is less repetitive or advertising? It's makes me not want to go there and sit down for a drink again...
