This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant prior to the pandemic. The food was hot and delicious. Was a repeat customer. I went a few months ago and was very disappointed. I decided yesterday to give them another try. I had been working on household projects and hadn't eaten since early in the morning. I ordered the chicken cashew. It was awful. The chicken was so dark it looked like beef and it was dry - no sauce at all. I usually enjoy reheating Chinese food, but with this mess, I am not even going to bother. It tastes like it was prepared before and then nuked. It wasn't fresh or hot.

I called in a pick up order using their menu online. I was told that they didn't have Szechuan shrimp in pint size despite it being on their menu! I was forced to order a quart or a combo. The taste was average and not spicy like Szechuan should be, it also had celery in it :-( I am not a fan and would not go back. Very average and underwhelming.

The coworkers and I partook in dinner here tonight. They have a few tables to sit down and done if you'd please, but it's really a takeout joint. I asked for spicy chicken hunan and the house special lo mein. I got small sizes, and they came with a pint of rice too. One small dinner was enough to fill my needs though, so be careful if you want leftovers. The two dishes were both made spicy and I loved the portions. Small pieces of meat mixed with larger portions. Vegetables were fresh, and the sauces were on point. Only paid 10$ for the two small dinners and I had half of each left. Takes them about 12 minutes to cook a meal if you are a walk in.

Very friendly staff. Food was really good. The portions are great. The kids got the combo platters that came with fried rice and egg rolls, great price. We ordered from the House Specials portion of the menu, the container was packed full of meat and seafood. All veggies were fresh.

Hands down our favorite Chinese takeout. It's so good, we're willing to drive 45 minutes to get it. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Quality and taste is consistent. Portions are very generous, prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. Our family favorites are egg rolls, fried dumplings, chicken teriyaki, chicken lo mein, Hunan Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. Give Golden Dragon a try, you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant has been open for I believe, a little over a year or so?, having moved from the South Hills of Pittsburgh. This is a five star due to the friendly owners, the quality of the food, the amount of food, for the price of the food and for the large cups of hot tea! Sure, it is 90% a take out restaurant but there are a few tables and we would suggest you take a moment to sit and enjoy the friendlinessyou will be greeted with which will let you know how your food is prepared, with true care. Engage the girls who will wait on you, they are the children of the owners, the cooks, in a nice conversation...learn about China or teach them a little about our history or what you have an interest in as we always have a nice time talking with them. For $7.25, you get a choice of soup, rice and your meal.We dare you to compare the amount of food you get from this combo and the taste with any of your other favorite restaurants.Count the amount of General Tso's chicken pieces on your plate or the amount of flavorful steamed wontons or the amount of wontons in your soupand you will appreciate the value you are getting let alone the amount of extra food you will take home to enjoy another time!Having just paid $20 for six ravioli at a local popular restaurant, with a salad!, I just could not stop smiling at the large shrimp I was promised on the menu for 7.25.How many times have you been tempted by the word, large or jumbo, only to be delivered, tiny?!Here, you get as they promise and if you don't like it, they will do their best to satisfy.Super friendly. The best value you can find anywhere. We really mean this. We think of ourselves as amateur food critics, well, maybe just consumerswho always hope to get good hot food for a fair price. If you are like us, go there, give it a try. Then, if you don't agree, let us know.Or more than likely, you will become a regular, as best you can depending on where you live or maybe, you will even want to have them open a restaurant near you!

Always quality, hot tasty food. And plenty of it for the cost. Different than most typical take- outs with the same old wontons. This family cares about the quality of the food and their customers. My daughter lived in China and noted some of the popular Chinese restaurants in Sq. Hill were "legit" and good but Golden Dragon was still her favorite!
