Ginny's is a bustling and fun restaurant for both kids and adults. They have a bar, outside/inside seating, online ordering, free wifi, and ice cream! I love their portions, as it can be enough for leftovers. I recommend the pizza, pasta, chicken sandwich, and funnel cake fries. I do think they are sauce heavy on some of their dishes, but that could be personal preference.I've had pretty good service when I go. If you want to get ice cream, it can be tricky to grab someone's attention since they're busy with online orders.

On the way home from a road trip, my husband asked me look up top pizza places in the area and we found Ginny's.We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a steak and spinach cauliflower crust pizza.Ordered online and pickup time for my order was for 2:19. It took about 15 more minutes for the order to be completed. This was not a big deal because we were super excited to try our pizzas and we knew the game was on. Everyone was friendly I encountered. Since it took a bit, we expected quality food and taste. We finally got our order, got home and opened the box and we were a bit disappointed with what we were served. The 10" cauliflower pizza crust was burned and it was not tasty at all. we tried but it was very bad. They should have never put it in the box.The pepperoni pizza was ok. Could have used a little more sauce. Not sure what happened but we were not happy with our order and have had much better at other establishments in the area not rated as high on Google. What happened Ginny's?

I'm not generally a huge pizza fan, so I love that Ginny's has other delicious items, like fresh salads and awesome soup and appetizers. This cozy spot is family friendly, affordable, and offers takeout.

4 - I'd drive an hour just to come here*My personal rating scale is at the end.Ginny's is a great place located just off The beaten path...literally. There's a rails-to-trails bike path that runs right behind it.It has a fun atmosphere to it. Lots of people dining in and lots of staff to take care of them. The servers and hostesses were friendly and attentive, even for as busy as they were. There are two outdoor areas...an enclosed front patio, which would have been a bit nicer if it were open-air sides. But there was a wooden picnic table serving as a waiting area that they allowed our party of six to sit at. They essentially added a table to our waitresses area just so we could sit out on a beautiful night! They call themselves a pizzeria and that sort of fare seems to be their main focus. But they have a nice variety of other choices as well, like burgers, salads, and pasta dishes. We happened to be there on the night that their specials were fish or shrimp tacos. We took advantage of that and weren't disappointed at all. They also have a little ice-cream counter that had about right choices of high quality stuff.Lastly, but most importantly the beer - they have a modest selection of beers on tap, but they do include some of the really good genuinely local craft brews. As another nice touch you can get a flight of four if you want to try before you buy.In trying to decide between a 3 or 4 rating, I gave Ginny's the higher mark. I don't know that I'd DRIVE an hour just to come here, but for sure I'd enjoy an evening where I ride a bike up the trail, have a pizza and a couple of beers, and ride back. The food, brews, and great wait staff would make that a fun evening!5 - I'd plan a weekend trip just to come here4 - I'd drive an hour just to come here3 - Good choice if you're in the area2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by1 - Just don't

The food was great, the service was great, thanks Rachael! The table and chairs really left a lot to be desired. The table they put us at was round and maybe 2 1/2 in diameter. Each table has a huge condiment tray/service ( which is was nicely varied) but left little room for much else. The metal chairs were the kind that have a rounded back, and unless you are young with no hips cut into them. We will be back but will sit at the bar.

By far one of my favorite pizza places in the area. Got the margherita pizza and would definitely get it again. Staff is pleasant and environment is unique. Only downside is the place gets packed quick so you either need to stop in early or make a reservation. Can't wait to visit again.

We love Ginny's! The food is delicious, very well made and great portion sizes too! We've tried multiple menu items and they do not disappoint! The service is great too, very friendly! I really enjoy the vibe as well. Just make sure to make a reservation because it's always busy!!!Some of our favorite menu items: Ginny bread, fried mozzarella, fried zucchini, California chicken sandwich, and their pasta is wonderful too! Bonus points for amazing ranch as well!

Ginny's is very close to the walking trail in Murrysville and you can sit outdoors during nice weather. The pizza is very good and service was also attentive. We will be back to try more items. Little E's, Sforno's and Ginny's are three of our favorite pizza places.

First off, I have to say that we've been to Ginny's before and had great service and the food was good. However, this past Friday wasn't one of those times. Made reservations the day before for 6 people and was confirmed for 7:15 PM. We arrived around 7:05 and asked about our table which wasn't ready yet; they said it would be about 15 minutes or so. Ok, no big deal at all. At 7:45 asked again about how long it would be and was told as soon as either table along the wall was vacant. Both tables were done eating, one still had drinks and the other didn't, food was also boxed up at that table. We figured maybe another 5 minutes or so. Nope! At this point there was another party waiting with their children for a table too, and also had a reservation for 7:15. Finally, around 8:10 we stood there complaining and someone went to the table and must have told them we were waiting. We were finally seated at 8:20. Waitress apologized about everything but never a manager. To me, that was strange that a manager wouldn't have come over and apologize. Also, one would think that they would have maybe taking a few bucks off of the bill for waiting so long to be seated, but they didn't do anything like that. We would have left, but had family from out of town and had told them how good everything was. Unfortunately, this didn't leave a good vibe with them. My whole point is this: if you're running that far behind and can't sit/accommodate people close to the reservation time (like 15-20 minutes) you need to be up front with them and not keep saying just 10-15 minutes more. Honestly, I think it might awhile till we all go back and try it again.

We love this place. So hard to find good cheesesteaks in Pittsburgh but this was by far the best Cheesesteaks in the Pittsburgh area. Plenty of meat, perfect amount of cheese, and the fries that came with it were top notch.
