Gianni's Pizza of Cecil

Let me first start out by saying that their pizza used to be some of the best pizza in the area however, ordering from them the last 6 months have been painful. We have continued to order hoping maybe they had to train new employees, etc., but the inconsistency in their pizza tells me otherwise. They seemed to have changed the crust, they are always changing the fries on the buffalo chicken pizza, and the last two times we have ordered, the young lady that answered the phone to take the order was clueless and rude!I hate to say it, but this is our last time dropping $85 at Gianni's...we will have to find a new pizza shop with more consistency and friendlier staff.

Local of Cecil and I so badly want this place to be good. Unfortunately I'm 0/2. The pizza is just terrible. Breaks my heart because if they got better incfredients and took their time, it could be something. Not sure I can give it another chance...

Reeeally good pepperoni pizza and Italian hoagie. So happy this is right around the corner!

We've been ordering wings and other menu items for several months now. The food is always good and the staff is super friendly. LOVE THEIR WINGS!!

Generally gross pizza. Made by teenagers with bad attitudes. Anything other than pepperoni pizza becomes a challenge. How do you screw up pizza? They do it here everyday

Spent $42 on wings (Cajun Ranch & Lemon Pepper) that we couldn't eat because they were OVERLY salty. When we called to give feedback, the snarky women on the phone replied "well, Cajun ranch are supposed to be salty!". We threw out 46 of 50 wings. We won't be back.

Love their pizza but either they don't answer the phone during their listed business hours or if they do answer, it's an unacceptable wait time - even for a pickup order.

Absolutely love their pizza but very disappointed in that none of the employees wear masks at all or practice any social distancing and are not taking this pandemic seriously. This isn't an experience from one visit this is my experience from the last seven visits to them. At first I thought it was just me walking in at a time that had a mask off but after a few visits I asked & they said they don't social distance or wear masksand they don't require patrons to wear masks so I'm going to stop patronizing Gianni's. It's amazing that such a small adjustment AND PROVEN WAY TO CURB THIS PANDEMIC OF WEARING A MASK is so difficult for a few employees inside a pizza restaurant. It doesn't make any sense and it's a shame how many people this one restaurant could have infected over the past 6 months. This isn't a political statement or my opinion it's a pure scientific approach to a purely scientific virus that's causing a pandemic worldwide. Come on Giovanni's get your head out of your ass stop jeopardizing your customers for a $.20 cent mask.

I love this place. Italian hoagie is excellent, as is their pizza. Staff is friendly.

We are making this our go to pizza place. Delivery is quick and all items we've tried are delicious!
