No. My BF went to fetch "Japanese" food while i walked our pet. I was expecting something like a crab roll, or any kind of non sushi... My bad for not reading here FIRST. He came back with two Styrofoam boxes that had DELICIOUS white rice, a bit of fresh cabbage, and A LOT of brown slimy chicken like bits... Like at the mall. You know? All in all, I would maybe just get rice next time. I asked if there were any vegetarian options. He said no. The BF really isn't observant tho...

It took them 20 minutes to prepare an order of chicken teriyaki and an order of plain white rice at a place that primarily makes chicken teriyaki and has rice already in a cooker. Not impressive when I was standing there with a three year old who was quickly getting antsy. Then they got the order wrong and couldn't get it right after four attempts. They couldn't understand "just plain white rice". I wish these outlet food courts would get some proper tenants instead of going with bargain basement franchises all the time.

I am getting so frustrated. I am in the area and want to call and order food from here. I cannot find the menu anywhere online and I've called 3 times and they won't answer the phone. I want Japanese food so bad and I'm so hungry. :(

This is the first time I have eaten there so based entirely on one visit for lunch about 12:45 PM. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and was sorely disappointed. The rice was only lukewarm with some hard kernels in it as well. The accompanying veg consisted of overcooked cabbage with colorless broccoli.The sauce was a sweet ginger soy and the savior of the dish,however the dark-meat chicken pieces were tough and chewy. Finally using a knife to cut one, I saw it was only partially cooked. I didn't eat anymore after that. I cannot recommend.
