Fusion Japanese Steakhouse has several locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Their website says that they serve not only Japanese foods but also Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, and Thai foods. Please see my attached photos for the menu from January 2024. I think that most of the foods are Japanese, and I see some foods that are Chinese or Thai.This particular restaurant in Washington has a dining area, hibachi tables, and a sushi bar. During my visit, a seating hostess kindly greeted my husband and me and promptly seated us at our choice of booth. Soon, our courteous waiter arrived, gave us menus, and then took our orders. The chefs made our foods in a short amount of time. At the end of the meal, the bill cost us $89 plus a tip.Here are my husband's and my reviews for our foods:Alaska roll - 5 stars - This sushi was freshly made from salmon and avocado, and it tasted very good.Pepper-tuna sushi - 5 stars - This sushi contained fresh tuna, ground pepper, and ponzu sauce. My husband ate it and enjoyed it.Hibachi filet mignon - 5 stars - The filet mignon was cooked medium as I had requested. It was accompanied with a flavorful salad, soup, and vegetables and perfectly steamed rice.Hibachi filet mignon and shrimp - 4 stars - My husband ate this entree. He said that it tasted good, but he thought that the plate contained too much oil and liquid. On the side were salad, soup, vegetables, and noodles that he liked.

Dare I say best Japanese Steakhouse in tri-state area?! Fusion is the real deal. As a Washington local, I eat here at least once every two weeks. It's the only acceptable place in town for sushi, and the sushi is actually fantastic! During weekday lunch hours, they offer specials where you can get two or three rolls of your choice with soup and salad at a discounted rate. I LOVE this offer; I wish they had it all day or atleast on the weekends. My go to rolls are spicy yellowtail, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna. My only gripe is that you can't get the chicken tempura roll as part of the lunch special, but you can get the shrimp tempura roll. My coworkers and my sister and I get this often and it's good every time!! The hibachi here is also delicious, and if you dine in you can sit at either a classic hibachi table or in a regular dining area. Food comes fast. Fusion has the BEST ginger salad dressing ever, and I love the clear soup here as well. My dinner entree pick is usually hibachi chicken and shrimp with fried rice. The noodles are so yummy too! The only thing I've ever had that I didn't like here is the rock shrimp and calamari. The sushi and hibachi are out of this world though!

Fusion has won best Japanese over the past couple years and I can see why. I had the miso soup, gyoza (pork dumpling) the volcano roll and the eel roll. Everything was delicious. The fish tasted fresh and the flavors were good. I like that you can choose to either have the louder, more entertaining hibachi experience or the quieter more private dining. There were 2 people who had birthdays in our seating area. Their servers brought out dessert for them, sang and rang a gong. Our server was speedy, pleasant and attentive. Fusion had a wide variety of entrees and sushi. I think this would be a great date night spot. You could come here week after week and still be trying new and interesting things on the menu. I would 10/10 recommend and I will 100% return.

16 of us out for my birthday. Went to fusion. Chef couldn't figure out portation sizes. Steaks looked like mini breakfast steaks. Sad. We couldn't get refills on sodas. Strawberry daiquiri had no taste at all! Whip cream on drink was flat. I didn't get 100% off on my meal. 18% Gratuity per couple! 9 couples. We couldn't get sodas refilled this happened multiple times. Rice was cold before meats were served. I did get my birthday dessert. Everyone needs retrained. Everyone! I doubt I'll be back. Sorry for bad review but if this continues you may lose your business.

This is our go to for sushi. It's expensive but all good sushi is... we sit at the bar and it's always quick, even when the place is packed at the tables. I suggest sitting at the bar if you aren't going to hibachi.

My filet mignon was cooked perfectly, it will melt right in your mouth! They are NEVER skimpy. Fusion will load up your plate every time. I always enjoy my meals and service here. The chefs are always good with kids and have a great sense of humor. They're very clean and the lighting is just perfect! I want to give a big thank you to Putu for giving me the best birthday and dinner! He really made it all about me on my birthday and left me with a big smile.
