Highway Robbery! Bare with me for a second. You walk in and pay up front. So, I gave a $10.00 tip upfront on my debit card. I prefer eating the hibachi over the buffet. I am waiting in line at the hibachi and there was a young man around 12 years old in front of me. The lady asked "What kind of sauce" and he told her. He then said "Can I get two sauces?" The lady slid the tip bucket over in front of him. I was appalled for the young man. So, when I get there, she asked what sauces I wanted and I said "Mongolian and Soy Sauces." She slid the tip bucket to me too. I slid it back and said "I already paid the tip" and she again slide it back to me. While walking around the buffet looking at what all they had, I noticed they had multiple tip buckets out. What is wrong with these people?I said the the person at the cash register that I didn't appreciate having tip buckets thrown in my face after I already paid a tip. He said the tip buckets are for the people making that portion of the food. I said "you don't order a pizza and tip the person taking the order and then pay an additional tip for the person making the pizza." He just looked at me with a dumb look on his face.Be warned, they do not put soy sauce on the tables. The soda's taste terrible and they don't fix it when you tell them about it. The waiters and waitresses ignore you. The floor needs vacuumed. The lighting is bright and it is not loud, so you can carry on a conversation.Final thought, don't pay a tip up front. Put a dollar in the bucket at the hibachi. Put a dollar on the table for the person picking up your plates. Save $8 on the tip.

It sure looked good on the surface! Then we got to the table with our food. The "lobster" was most likely some kind of fish covered in cheese The crab legs were very small and very little meat in them. Some of the shrimp was decent and we enjoyed the California rolls! We won't go back!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I don't know what happened to this place but it's absolutely disgusting. If you're in the mood for over cooked day old food, you should probably just eat here. We have a 40 minute drive home and honestly I can't tell if I'm going to vomit or defecate myself. This place was absolutely awful. If you do go, and decide to visit the restroom while you're there, plug your nose, or just go ahead and find a port-a-John at your local county fair, I'm sure it would smell better.

We were on our way back to NY and wanted to grab dinner. Searched for restaurants along the route and decided to come here! It has a great selection of hot foods, sushi and desserts. Recommend ending your meal with a scoop or two of their ice cream! The food was better than expected. Our waitress was attentive and nice. The Sunday night buffet cost was $15.99 per person.

As with any new restaurant that comes to town, I like to give at least six weeks before allowing it to make an impression on me. I want the establishment to have a chance to settle in and find their zone so when I finally sit down to a meal I am confident in receiving a good sample of what I'm going to get with each visit, if I choose to return. This may have been the longest six weeks of my life. If you know me, you know I love a good buffet and the buzz surrounding this place was at an extraordinarily high level. Finally, the waiting game was at an end on a Thursday evening around 5:00 pm. I walked into the place and was immediately impressed. Fusion presents very well. As I waited in line to pay and be seated I had a clear view of the complete buffet along with all of the invigorating aromas that went with it. This place seemed scream "Fresh!" to me and my mouth was watering as my excitement built up. I was also pleased to see a good number of employees on hand to ensure the food was plentiful and the customers were taken care of. It's always a great sign to see a well-staffed buffet. Some places don't understand how important that can be.The atmosphere was also top notch. The decor was simple yet somehow elegant. Sometimes less is more in these situations and Fusion nailed it. It wasn't trying to cram the Chinese culture down my throat but at the same time made me appreciate having an ethnic dining option in town. The Chinese music was also a nice, subtle touch in the background and I found it to be very relaxing, especially considering how on edge I can be at a buffet. The overwhelming amount of food choices can be a trigger for my anxiety and the soothing sounds had a real calming effect. When I'm at a buffet I like to have a lot of breathing room and Fusion comes through with some great floor space and plenty of elbow room. The only time I felt cramped was in the actual line, which is expected at a buffet, but I had plenty of room to step aside for a quick break from filling my plate to evaluate what moves I would make next. The dining area was spacious with tables in the middle and nice, large booths against the walls where I was seated. Very comfortable. There was a drink station in the room as well and again, plenty of staff ready to fill up your glass and take away empty plates when needed. I found the staff to be very attentive and polite. They really made this place hum like well-oiled machine. And now for my take on the food. I'll give an overall grade first and then break it down a bit for you as there's a lot to unpack here. Fusion offers an above average buffet. I was extremely satisfied with my dining experience. The selection was outstanding and the overall quality was great! There is no such thing as a perfect buffet since there is just so much going on but Fusion does an phenomenal job at creating a high level buffet experience. My first impression when I walked in turned out to be correct as the food was incredibly fresh. They even offer a hibachi grill which is a very nice and unique touch. I didn't get to that section this time as I wanted to make that my focus of my next visit. I sampled almost every item available on the dinner section, most of them twice. Each trip I made I noticed the food bins were almost full. Big points there as it shows an attentive staff. My "Highlights" included:Honey Chicken - The sauce on these were perfect.Potatoes - These were diced and man were they delicious!Ham - Bold move by Fusion to throw ham on the buffet. I don't see that often at an Asian buffet. They had a few small hams sitting there with slices cut off and it was succulent. What a pleasant surprise.Mac n Cheese - This looked amazing and tasted the same.BBQ Ribs - Perfectly done and the sauce was fantastic.Pizza - This is such a gamble to get at a buffet. It's a filling food and is rarely good so it's never worth it. This pizza was excellent though. Some pizza places in town should be ashamed that I can get a better slice at a buffet.Hot Apple Pie (with ice cream!) - You read that right. They have a cart filled with ice cream for dessert. 5 different flavors. I tried 3 of them and topped off my pie with vanilla. What a great way to finish!Almost everything else I had was very good. I can honestly only make one real complaint about the food and that was that some of the items I had were cold. I got a dumpling on my second trip and while it tasted great it was cold. However, on my fifth trip I got three more and they were warm. That happened with a couple of items but I find that to be a common occurrence at a buffet so it can be easily forgiven. Wrapping up, I would say Fusion is a great dining experience. In my vast knowledge of buffets I have found that your best bet will be at a casino. DuBois is lucky to have such a great option. The weekday price was $12.49 and $1.99 for a drink which is a bit pricey but worth it!

Lady at the front was dictatorial about masks and gloves from the instant we got there. Forced us to pay a 12% tip upfront for 6 people for a BUFFET and demanded we pay for my sleeping 3 year old. HORRIBLE customer service, caring ONLY about excessive mask procedures. No welcome, no "Is this your first time here?" She hovered around pointing out is she THOUGHT your mask was too low or who knows. No matter what the rules are, as an establishment that assumedly wants to attract customers...utter fail. COMPLETE FAIL.Tell me and show me that you even want me to be there first before going full court offensive with mask cop tactics. F -.You don't care about your customers when the only impression a first time visitor gets is that they need to have a Personal Protection equipment suit on for your whole family! We were watched like hawks and the experience was unpleasant at best. It's sad I had to put at least one star.Well! As I was leaving, I shared that their actions of overt mask and plastic glove enforcement made our experience quite poor, the cashier today (woman short with glasses) rudely interrupted me dismissively mocking "Yeah, buh bye!"This rude mentality is growing and it brings with it unverified and unwarranted fear being shoved on everyone that they come across. What happened to just being kind? We're all trying our best to follow these rules so when someone arrogantly and forcefully runs you over for an apparent misstep in their mind...then they're simply out of line. It sounds like they're new management now but there's a ways to go for them to get me to ever believe they care that I and my 11 person family meant anything to them. It's just not worth the trip or the money. Way overpriced for this treatment which half of us received! Not just me but 5 others of my family. F -. Customers (new ones with 12 people paying) shouldn't be treated like rejects.

The food was cold. The chicken was chewy like leather. The service was poor, I finished 3 plates with no refill. As they took plates from the table. $30 for 2 people isn't a horrible price at all, just wish the food was hot when it's supposed to be.
