We ordered for take out and delivery by Uber eats. We got a cheese pizza and chicken tenders with parmesan garlic sauce.The pizza was good. We liked the sauce flavor as it was balanced. We liked the cheese blend topping. I appreciate it was placed on wax paper lined pizza box. Not all shops do that but they should.The chicken was really good too. Moist chicken and crispy fried outside. This was our first try of Frank's and we really wish it hadn't taken us so long! We'll be ordering again on the next pizza night.

Frank's is a local pizza chain with a few locations around the 'Burgh. They are family owned according to their website. Frank's is best known for their chicken, and so I wanted to try an item that featured it. Their Buffalo chicken pizza is pretty famous, so I tried the "great white Buffalo" pizza.For a place that is very well known for this type of pizza, I wasn't particularly impressed. It wasn't bad, but nothing really stood out as spectacular. I will say that the deal was pretty reasonable for a somewhat large-sized personal pie (10", but it felt like it was more).The ranch was quite tasty, and they do give it to you for free with any order to my knowledge. They say its homemade as well. The crust for the pizza was somewhat standard, a bit greasy, not bad. Thicker crust than I'd like. The Buffalo sauce had a good amount of kick to it, but nothing too exciting. The chicken was breaded and on the oily side.All in all, the pizza was nothing special. I expected more for a place known for chicken, especially chicken pizzas. But, it wasn't terrible, and the price was pretty cheap for a decent portion.

Tonight was my first time ordering food from Frank's restaurant. Their menu lists pizzas, chicken, pizza rolls, calzones, breadsticks, salads, hoagies, fries, several appetizers such as breaded mushrooms, and some beverages. On a Sunday at 6:10 PM, I placed my order through the Frank's website, and the website said that the food would be ready for pickup at 6:45 PM. For some reason, the website never sent me an email, even after I clicked on a button to request an email. I sent my husband to pick up the food, and he texted me that the restaurant was "really backed up" and busy with other customers, so the employees needed more time to cook the food. Our food was ready around 7:10 PM. I think that one hour is still a reasonable wait time.At first glance, my husband thought that the food had a just-OK appearance, and he commented that he did not expect to order from here again. However, after we ate the food and actually tasted it, then we thought that the food was decent. Here are my reviews for the foods:Jalapeño poppers - 4 stars - My husband thought that the jalapeño was too spicy, but I thought that it tasted just right. The breading could have been baked a little more, but it was still crispy.Frankie bites - 4 stars - These boneless wings were juicy and had a crispy breading. I had selected a side of BBQ sauce, but I did not use it, because the chicken was flavorful by itself.Chicken wings - 4 stars - These wings also had juicy meat and a crispy breading. I had selected a garlic flavor, which was subtle but good.Broasted chicken - 4 stars - This chicken was lightly breaded and then deep-fried under pressure. The meat was juicy, and the flavor was mild. My husband ate leftover broasted chicken the next day, and he said, "Actually, I really like this chicken!"Italian hoagie - 4 stars - The bread was baked to be perfectly crispy. I enjoyed the taste of the ingredients of ham, salami, capicola, provolone cheese, onions, and lettuce. Ham and cheese hoagie - 3.5 stars - This hoagie also had a perfectly crispy bread. The hoagie could have been filled with more of the ingredients, but my husband did enjoy the taste of the ham, provolone cheese, and lettuce.

Consistently my favorite chicken in the city. The Broasted method is done to perfection here. Always super crispy breading. Not at all greasy somehow. Stays super juicy. Not usually a white meat fried chicken fan but it holds the juice awesomely here every time. Pizza has always just been overall solid. The up of frisch's Broasted in the south hills but franks seasoning surpasses it.

I haven't ordered from Frank's in several years. Tired of the pizza places near my house, I decided to order Frank's because I drove past it. I ordered a meatball pizza and a white pizza. I'm sure both would have better fresh, but I drive a half hour with them. I really liked the meatball pizza a lot. I was not as crazy about the white pizza. I remember their Buffalo chicken pizza was always good, but nobody at home wanted it. I would try it again, but probably wouldn't order the white pizza.

They close at 10pm if you try to place an order anytime around 8:45-9:20 they ignore all phone calls and let it ring and don't take any orders , I've been in the food industry for years I always cook until closing time , this place is a joke. Sad ass pizza shop. Called 50x from 8:40 till 10 wont even answer the phone

This place is dirty. There were spiders and webs on the inside panes of the windows. floors were grimy too. I'm sorry, but if they can't keep their establishment clean, I just can't support the business. I did order a takeout pizza and it was good...

Nasty nasty nasty filthy order a chicken salad from here there ended up being a bug in my food so I called the restaurant told the guy there was a bug in the food instead of saying Iam sorry he played it off at this point Iam fuming then says oh your just trying to get free food this is not acceptable in the food industry
