I've been enjoying the buffalo chicken pizza and "broasted" fried chicken at this location for years. The physical location does not offer much other than a space for the staff to make food and for customers to pay and pickup food. And it barely meets even that low standard. However, the food makes up for it for me. It's not the most artisan or gourmet food, but it hits the spot when I'm craving greasy buffalo chicken goodness. The staff are always friendly and the food comes out with consistency. Perfect food for taking back home to munch on while watching a Steelers game!

This is my go to for great pizza in PGH. It's thick and cheeseful with that perfect slight golden burn on top. Bonus is that their salads are truly green and fresh, I get the salad supreme which is loaded with olives, tomatoes, mozzarella and ham.

I ordered Franks Pizza for an event at work and it was delivered on time and every pizza was perfect. I love how thin the crust is - similar to NY style but not as thin. Its just such a nice change from the other pizza available around town. The buffalo chicken pizza is still the best!!! Great prices. We love Franks Pizza and Chicken!

Get the Barbecue Chicken Pizza but ask for it light bake (about 1-2 minutes less cooked,) and a llittle extra barbecue sauce.... it's awesome. This is 5 star pizza, only drawback it's pricey so go to a bank and take a loan out.The Teriyaki Wings are 5 star and awesome.The Hoagies are 4 1/2 star.The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is 4 1/2 star and pricey too. The Broasted Chicken is a 4 1/4 starThe Regular pizza ( round or square,) is 3 star.

A FB friend had recommended this place, and if you see his video, you'll understand why i had to try Frank's. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, a regular round pizza (i forgot to add toppings), some medium Frank's bites, zucchini strips, and of course RANCH!! There's only 2 of us, but when I started the order I was thinking of delivery, may as well make it worth the drive. It was such a nice mild night, I picked it up myself. Everything was as delicious as described. The place is super easy to find, well lit, and they've got the covid thing handled with signs, floor stickers, hand sanitizer and even a tip slot so no awkward moment when you are doing that dance trying to tip the cashier. All in all good, will have to retry the regular pizza with some topping, will be perfect after a visit to Penn Brewery!

Other reviews are right there delivery is all based off of who you call on the phone and get that day sometimes they'll deliver to me sometimes they won't and I'm literally 2 miles from them and when they don't want to deliver they are very rudeFood is ok *******Updated*********now that they are on Uber eats, they can't pick and choose where they deliver because Uber sets it up so I have had a better experience their food is all pretty good and their buffalo chicken pizza is really good

We DoorDash from here frequently. The Buffalo chicken pizza is bangin, so good. My husband and I fight over the little cup of ranch they give you. My son is a super picky eater and he loves the pepperoni roll, it's enormous. I've seen a couple reviews complaining about the cleanliness of the restaurant but we've actually never even been inside since we just order delivery. Their chicken is super good too, always really hot. When I was in college I had a favorite pizza spot that I miss dearly, this has a very similar taste and it brings back good memories.

Have been ordering pizza for years. Recommended to many. Lately pizza has been awful. Tonight is the last time. Toppings all three inches from the edge. Paid for large puzza, and got toppings for small. Called and was told they are using new cheese that all flows to the middle. What a cockamamy excuse. Won't be back. Too many other puzza shops on the Northside to try.

Sadly after many years of ordering a great Sicilian pizza at franks - last nights order SUCKED ! We called and where told they where getting their dough from a new vender :( - no offer of a refund for an uneatable 35 dollar pizza - just we change and we show no interest in the quality of our product :/ - guess off to look for an eatable pizza ...

Worst wings I've ever had, totally forgot our pizzas and when I called back an hour and a half later they told me I was SOL because they were closing my kitchen (at 9:30 pm). They were an hour over their "promise time" and came without our pizzas. Don't order from here!
