I had the one that was by North hills high School once and that's all it took. The pizza really didn't have any flavor the chicken definitely had no flavor and there was nothing good about that chicken I can't imagine anybody liking that sorry

Franks is famous for their buffalo chicken pizza for a reason! Delicious and SPICY! We got the buffalo rolls too and honestly they were my fav part. Franks is a Shaler staple that has branched out to other parts of the northern Pittsburgh area... I'd like to see a location in the south hills!

Our Frankie bites and potato bites were both completely overdone tonight - almost inedible and we threw most of them away. Buffalo Chicken Pizza was good! Called to let them know and was told "sorry" but nothing else. It was a missed opportunity to make it right.

Frank's pizza and chicken, no matter which location, in my opinion has the best buffalo chicken pizza anywhere. The fact of the matter is, I don't even prefer buffalo chicken dip, wraps or pizza, but there's is so good I could eat it every day.We've been getting Frank's buffalo chicken pizza for nearly 20 years and it's remained consistent for that long which is also quite impressive.The chicken is never fatty, always cooked perfect, the dough is good, the sauce is just enough, and the absolute best part of the pizza is the home made ranch! I don't know what they do but its definitely not Hidden Valley mix.The ranch takes an already perfect pizza and takes it to the moon!The best thing Frank's ever did besides make the best buffalo chicken pizza is they started bottling their ranch so you can buy it at their shops now!That's great and all, but why 4 stars you're probably wondering? I personally am not a huge fan of their regular pizza. We only order the buffalo chicken pizza.

Was not expecting much from this little place but the broasted chicken is amazing and is in and of itself worth stopping in. The pizza was just OK in my opinion but did I mention the chicken? Seriously good stuff. Oh and the breadsticks were pretty good too.Oh and I love how they have set up their operation to be really covid friendly. You just pick up at the makeshift window they set up or wait in your car till it's ready.

Going to Frank's for their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is a staple of growing up in this area, I've been ordering from them for years. It's honestly better than any other pizza I've had of the same variety. It's super cheesy with tons of chicken and buffalo sauce -- perfect for dipping in the ranch that comes with. In my opinion, the steak diablo is a close second for their speciality pizzas. If you like the buff chick, this is definitely worth trying too. They layer mounds of cheese over delicious steakums-style meat, complimented by the hot sauce. While the traditional pizzas are also tasty, Frank's is really the place for specialty pies. The only downside is that they can be hit or miss depending on who's in the kitchen on a given night. When they're on, it's some of the my favorite pizza in the city. When they're off, the pizzas can be a little dry and somewhat lackluster. That being said, I always look forward to ordering some when I'm back in town.

Shout out to Shaler location for 5 Star customer service! The cook messed up my wing order and they gave me a half dozen wings for free. When I realized he had also forgot my onion rings they gave me the rings and credited my whole meal! Most restaurant managers would argue, but this family run business clearly understood my frustration and compensated 110%. Will definitely order from this location again.

We purchased a large pepperoni pizza and 18 wings. I do not have complaint regarding the pizza, BUT 5 out of the 18 wings still had feathers attached. Absolutely disgusting. We purchased the food from Frank's Pizza in Millvale, PA. Shawn. Who claimed himself to be the manager was also rude and argumentative.
