Frankie's Italian Kitchen

Frankie's is our go-to pizza place in the south hills. This family-owned pizza place never disappoints. Our favorite is the Cousin Vinny pizza. Best white pizza I've ever had.

Definitely a hole in the wall or more aptly described as a neighborhood gem. We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly staff. The place can seat six maybe eight. So in person dining is not their forte. However maybe it should be. There were three of us and we each had something different. It was all very good. Served fast and casual. I enjoyed my dinner there. They do not have a wine list.

Do yourself a favor! Make a special trip to Frankie's Italian Kitchen. It's right off the highway and there are only a few seats but this little spot has heart and fabulous food. And some of the nicest people you will ever meat. When Frankie sold the business he included his grandmother's recipes with the deal and you will be so happy he did. The pasta, the meatballs, the wedding soup soooooo good. It's a trek for me, but well worth it Did I mention you'll love the people!!

How does anyone like it here? The people are very nice but the food is so lousy. Virtually every single pizza place within 5 miles has much better pizza. And the hoagies here, well let's just say they only go in the over for maybe 30 seconds. The cheese isn't even melted and under the meat it is still cold. Not like warm, but cold. I have it a few years since the last time I tried it, but now I know why all neighbors says it sucks.

We have really enjoyed the Bianco Florentine specialty pizza with a thin crust so much that we've ordered it several times, and it's always fresh from the oven and delicious. We usually get a side of fried zucchini with marinara sauce. I order online, then my husband goes to pick it up. He says the staff is friendly, the order is always ready and the last time he was there he also bought a quart of frozen potato soup which we haven't tried yet. I recommend Frankie's Italian Kitchen. Oh, and the new owner's name is not Frankie. He just kept the name when he purchased the business.

A hidden gem located a few miles outside Southpointe PA. Great spot for quick lunch or dinner. Frankie, owner, is always in the back cooking away. Welcoming atmosphere, Frankie and his staff recognizes familiar faces. Always enjoy coming back.Takeout or eat in joint. They also do delivery. Never had an issue with seating, but there are 4 tables max.Menu is mostly Italian, but there are hoagies and salads if you are not in the mood for carb loading. They also have fish specials during the Lenten season.I am a big fan of the meatball sandwich for lunch. Frankie's marinara is excellent! Hard to find places like this.

Called today for a Italian hoagie placed order At 11am said it would be ready at 1130 show up to pick it up 1130 apparently the cook stepped out said maybe be ready in about 15 more minutes not the way to get customers especially when they have 30 min for lunch will not be ordering here again had to cancel order and go with out lunch today thanks a lot

Have eaten here many times. Got the meat lovers pizza tonight... outstanding! Portnoy needs to visit!

Was looking for a new place to try and have heard great things. Called and spoke with Leah, explained that it was my first time and wanted to know what she recommended. Gave me recommendations. Decided to order the meatball hoagies and the pizza bread, both were great. I wish the meatballs had extra sauce, but I'll order extra next time.

Yummy food and portions were huge!! My lasagna could have fed 3 people Chicken parm was delicious -ordered it with a pink sauce on the pasta and marinara on the chicken We came from California and so happy we found this place
