Fox's Pizza Den - Monongahela

This is an update: lately the service has gone downhill, especially with it's online ordering. Most of the time you get this message.

The absolute BEST steak hoagie we have ever had!!! They make the steak there and it is really tender and good. The owners are really nice and they had our order ready to pick up in 20 minutes despite being really busy that night.

They've been open for a few months I've ordered twice and have had nothing but problems. The first order I placed an order for 5 o'clock for pickup and I didn't leave there until 5:30, the second order was the other day and we used a coupon for a pizza a hoagie and a 2 liter of Pepsi, I grab one out of the cooler they try charging me for it twice so I put it back. So I said no we used a coupon over the phone and the manager was no where to be found. The Pizza taste like cardboard and doesn't have much flavor, and the hoagie didn't have cheese on half of it. I will NOT be going back to Fox's in Monongahela AGAIN!

Their sign said they were open til 10, I ordered a pizza at 7 and got a call minutes later from their manager saying that they closed at 7 and I could come down to get the pizza no charge for the inconvenience; I arrive 5 minutes later and the lights are off and door is locked lol.

I would love to leave a positive review talking about how good the food is, but much to my dismay everytime I've called this place over the past 6 months they do not answer their phone! I try to place a delivery online and they don't even have their website working! So for this I am rating 1 star not only for bad service but because I can't even taste test the food!
