Fox's Pizza Den

Got a large pepperoni for $17 and some cheesy bacon fries for $6. Waiting for the food have yet to see if it's good

I am currently working out of town, and staying in the area out here. I didn't feel like cooking one night and decided on pizza, so i could take leftovers for work for lunch the next day. I called and ordered delivery. It took about an hour. I ordered a special with a large one topping, breadsticks and a brownie, and i threw in mozzarella sticks. The driver forgot my brownie, and went back to the shop for it. The rest of the food looked good and i was starving so i dove in. I don't know if I'm just a pizza snob because i live in buffalo, with tons of authentic and delicious local pizza shops, or if this was just not great. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. The pizza just wasn't as good as it looks. The dough was a little tough. More like a bread dough rather than what i think pizza dough should be like. The sauce was a little off too. I can't really put my finger on why it wasn't good, but it was a little funky. The cheese was fine. But the pepperoni was just plain boring. The breadsticks were a combination of raw and over cooked at the same time. The mozzarella sticks were good, but the sauce was funky. And it took the delivery guy another hour to bring the brownie, which was burned around the edges. I will probably try to find another pizza shop next time i have a crazing!

Placed an order on Fox's Pizza Den Website.They confirmed delivery OK, time OK, order accepted. Delivery confirmed for 25-40 minutes. This was 1 hour before their store closed.15 minutes later, they called me and said it is too late for them to deliver. This was 40 minutes before their store closed.Their website still says I can place an order.Not good, w.r.t. Customer Service.Not good at all.

Excellent pizza and very friendly guy at the counter. Ate the chicken Parmesan wings, taco pizza and the steak rancher pizza. All delicious. Highly recommend, especially the steak rancher.

We ordered delivery from here at a local campground. I got the Italian hoagie and my husband and his co-workers got the 4 meat Stromboli's. We requested extra sauces and it arrived quicker than expected! We ordered online and the delivery time quoted was 50 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised everything was packaged so nicely! Everything was good and warm too. The food was delicious!! It was plenty of food and sauces! I could eat this hoagie everyday! We will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Ordered Pizza. Waited over 1hr. Got pizza was cold not hot. We did not mind wait so much but cold is unacceptable since they are just down street. Called location Not very apologetic offered us 10 percent off next pizza. Won't be next pizza

‍not bad, I wouldn't say this was the fastest delivery I've gotten but did take over an hour which is fine. Everything did arrive with the order. I don't usually order from my regular pizza place but I did receive a flyer in the mail which with the hot weather did make me try it. The pizza I would say was average and breadsticks reminds me of another pizza places that is local. Overall not too bad for the first time.

Staying in a hotel 1.1 mile away and ordered a pizza , had been over an hour waiting for my pizza when they finally call to say they can't deliver because a bit of snow on the ground . And then tell me I can pick it up and I'll get a 15% discount

Every time I've ordered this pizza it's raw and tastes horrible and it has made me sick. I definitely don't recommend it.
