You will be pleasantly surprised at this fabulous casual Chinese buffet with sushi bar and a fresh hibachi grill!Some of the best selections at a reasonable price so bring the whole family! The service is exceptional, no waiting to have the plates cleared and quick to get your drinks refilled! The best thing about this chain is the hot food and such a huge selection. Soups, salad bar and desserts are also included and you can't go wrong if you are hungry! Oh and don't forget to get the ice cream!Lots of parking, rarely a wait for a table and also take out is available!Love this place for a large group...something for everyone!

Yesterday I had lunch at this restaurant. It was clean and they had a pretty good assortment of food including hibachi. The sushi selection was okay but I would've preferred more variety. The ice cream choices were rainbow and orange sherbet as well as the usual chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla in styrofoam containers. An employee was too quick to remove my dirty dishes. She took my spoon away just before I started on the ice cream. I had to get up to get another spoon. Aside from that inconvenience, this was a decent place to eat.

Good place food was good. Nothing special but I will say everything was fresh and ready to East definitely will go agains

On the spur of the moment I decided to ask my family if they would be willing to skip making Christmas dinner (Prime Rib ) and go out for dinner instead. My dad has always wanted to try a Chinese buffet so he immediately responded with a resounding YES! We found Fortune Star Buffet & Grill in Butler, PA and loaded up the group and headed out. We thought that we would find the restaurant quiet, but were shocked when we pulled in the parking lot and it was packed! We waited about 15 minutes for a table and were seated close to the buffet. I think that everyone united the selection of buffet items available. We tried everything from the sushi to the desserts and enjoyed our options of Chinese dishes. We especially liked the spicy chicken dish and I personally loved the cheese buns. I think that for what you pay for the food was good. My dad was excited to finally be able to try all of the different items.

Food is out of this world; there is nothing that is not excellent. Very surprising for a buffet. From wonton soup & pepper steak, to the pepperoni pizza for non-Chinese food lovers! The price is very reasonable. They switch from lunch to dinner pricing at 4. There's even a made-to-order station. The ambiance is nice; not brightly lit & plenty of booths & comfortable tables. The ONLY negative is the staff. Very unfriendly, scarce, and sour.

My family and I were traveling through the area, and stopped here for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was, especially for being a buffet! There was not one thing we tried that we did not like. I would definitely go here again if I was in the area. Everything was hot, fresh, and clean. The gentleman who ran to hibachi grill while we were there was super friendly, kind, and explain things to my children very kindly. Great job to the people at this location !

Food is pretty decent for a buffet, but not better than what you would get at a traditional Chinese restaurant. The service is decent and there a frequent refills (very important to me). The environment is just decent. Been going here since I was a kid. Pretty good!
