Flavors Famous Street Food

They are reallllly slipping! I was crazy about this place when we fist moved here over a year ago. Its went downhill fast. I dont know if theres mew owners or what the issue is... but can no longer give 5 stars. The food isn't what it was. The last 6-8 times we ordered we got soggy undercooked onion rings. Dried out chicken. Just a mess all around. We used to order 1-2 times a week. Wont be trying again for a few months to see if it gets better.

Flavors had the take out going long before the rona now they stepped it up offering delivery with grub hub appand they added their delish apple pies they are hand pies get one they are so good...Hands down the best chicken sandwich in the burgh...and its huge Yup go thereIt's not in a trendy neighborhood so this perfect sandwich does not come with that trendy price Big soft roll big chicken cutlet Mayo It's just so good Menu also has other chicken offerings including buckets of pieces Burgers It's a little place but they do have a counter you can sit at will accommodate 2-3 hungry folks Friendly service This place can't be beatits our go to for a hearty sandwich

We ordered takeout from Flavore Famous Street Food so I cant speak to the physical location. However, I will say that the delivery was pretty quick and everything came the way it was ordered. My husband ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak and an order of cheese fries. I ordered the famous flavor fries, which had a bed of fries, topped with cheese and their Chicago sauce. The food was pretty soggy by the time it got to us, so I'm guessing the food would be best eaten in the establishment. Overall the food was okay. The prices were great. I would give them a try again and maybe try something else on the menu.

This place is not hard to miss. One obvious reason is the bright coloring of the building. That definitely catches the eye when you drive by. The other not so obvious reason is the food. It is outstanding, satisfying, and worth it.I looked up the menu prior to arriving and had my decision in mind to hopefully make for a quick stop. I had gotten the Bacon Burger Combo and my better half decided on the Italian Beef Combo. With a combo it is basically whatever item on the menu you want with fries and a drink. Pepsi products are available. When I placed my order I had a little bit of a wait for it to be ready. There were already several people inside when I arrived. Pro-tip here, call ahead to place your order if you are nearby (delivery is available through GrubHub). Having a little time I putzed around a bit. If you want to dine in, best to come alone, there are only about three seats available at the bar type seating near the windows. Menu and pictures of menu items are all over the one wall, so if you are not sure what to get this may help. Staff are extremely friendly, when I first walked in I was greeted happily by one said employee. Made me feel very welcomed.Food was finally ready and I head home. My Bacon Burger was amazing. Prepared just how I had asked for it. I had made mine a double which, as an afterthought, was maybe just a little too much for me. That burger was huge. Like "could be the whole meal" huge. The burger patty was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fries are hand cut and lightly seasoned. My better half said that his Italian Beef was pretty close to the real deal. Being from Chicago originally he was impressed.Definitely a place to frequent for me when I get the chance to. It's nice to have a variety of places to eat in just about every neighborhood in the city.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch while I ran a few errands. I would have loved to include a picture, but the food was too good, and I ate it lol. I ordered the Cajun Turkey Burger with fries and a drink. The service was very friendly, my food was incredibly hot, fresh, and tasty. I will return for a fact.

Great takeout street food, period. Black-owned business...owner is a great guy and takes extreme pride in his product. Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers was delicious! The Big Chicken sandwich was also excellent. All in all, I plan on going back often to support the owner and get great street food at a great value! Thanks Curtis

Food was Terrible. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and fries, and I paid for a double cheeseburger and fries. I specified just cheese and meat as I have food allergies. I did not get a double burger, I got a single. There was no bacon on my bacon double cheesesburger, just fake bacon bits. The burger had onions, mayo, pickles, and other ingredients that I specifcally did not ask for. To add insult to injury, the kid who rang me up told me my change was $7, then handed me $5! I gave him the $5 as a tip as well, poor kid must have been desperate for cash. It was a very disappointing experience.

Just came in for a quick bite, I'm leaving with $45.98 worth of food. Great service , kind, quick, and taste phenomenal. Try there jerk chicken gyros or the Italian beef...... 9.5/ 10..... . 05 cause I'm leaving room for the best time i return.

I've tried several items here and I haven't been disappointed! First, they are fast. If they say it will be ready in 10, it's ready! Second, the taste, quality, portion size and value more than justify the prices. So far I've tried the gyro (good and huge), pizza puff (you can't go wrong if you want something new), flavor burger (exceptional), big chicken sandwich (big and delicious), and fries (well seasoned). I am really impressed. When I'm not worried about health food, this is my go to. Next I'll try the Italian beef and wings. As a bonus, the older gentleman at the front gives great service. (Possibly the owner?)
