Five Starr Catering

The response of the owner only speaks volumes to the company's lack of ethics. To try to explain away every complaint with complete lies is atrocious. They offered a service that they did not provide. End of story. The fact that the services were "free" doesn't mean they can just choose to not do it when they feel like it. The cookies were never once replenished. It had nothing to do with not being timely enough. The email prior that was said to never had been received was replied to prior to my wedding. Nothing that they say will change how terrible of a reception I had based on the catering service.

We used Five Starr Catering for two graduation parties and a birthday party. For each event, the caterers were professional and on time, the food was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. This is a family-owned and operated business that hires people who care to deliver quality service. You can't go wrong with Five Starr!

We used Five Starr for our wedding 7/8/17. The food was good and they had the best prices we found for similar menus and inclusions. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints. I would recommend Five Starr to any bride looking for a reasonably priced yet tasty caterer for their wedding.

I called the businesses multipile times during the weeks following only to notice that she responded to my initial review by blaming food poisoning on the flu.

My family has used Five Starr twice now, once for my father's retirement dinner and then again for our family reunion. Both events had approximately 90 guests. The food was fresh, delicious and served piping hot! The owner was a huge help in planning the menus and she was very accommodating. The staff was so efficient, they were like a well-oiled machine. As soon as everyone had their fill, they packed up the leftovers for us to take home. They helped us to make both events a success and we are grateful.

I have attended many events that were catered by Five Starr Catering. I have also used their services for several family functions. I have always been pleased with their professionalism, service, and food quality. I would highly recommend their services for any event...casual or formal.
