First Class Caterers

first class caterers provided excellent food at a great price for my company picnic of about 80 people. The server they sent was on top of everything, providing excellent service, made sure the food was hot and the trays were full. He did a great job of setting up and the spread looked amazing. My staff has raved about the food for several days after. I am definitely going to use first class caterers again!

From start to finish First Class Caterers were literally First Class! Carrie is just amazing to work with and her staff is friendly and professional! The food was absolutely delicious. They made my daughter's wedding extra special. Thank you Carrie and First Class Caterers!

They catered our wedding this past Saturday. This is a two part review; so first, they showed up the day before and went above and beyond our expectations with helping to set up, as well as the day of the wedding, they were at our service, literally. My reservation, however, is about dishonesty. I can't handle dishonesty and when it's blatant, it's even worse. We paid almost $11,000 for food for 75 people. At final count, approximately 60 people showed. We got leftovers and when we went through them, there was no beef brisket or appetizers or seafood medley. There was no way it all went. I emailed the director and she claimed they took the leftovers due to no room in the refrigerator and was sorry nobody let me know. There was plenty of room in the refrigerator and it's funny that the two most expensive dishes are the leftovers they took due to no room in the fridge. I have to say that after all the great work they did, this totally soured my attitude. The director offered to bring the leftovers to us that were taken and of course we agreed because we paid for them, but that's a lot of money to have to have trust issues for your leftovers. So my overall parting thoughts are: great food, great service, expensive, and keep an eye on your leftovers.

FCC catered our wedding in July 2017 and did a fabulous job. The food was delicious, the servers and bartenders were professional, friendly, and hardworking, and the experience of planning the event went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

First Class Caterers (FCC) catered our wedding on 1/21/17. They were fantastic. Kyle and his entire staff are nothing but friendly and professional. It was important to us to choose vendors who were skilled enough that we could let them do their job and just trust that all would be well. FCC did not disappoint. The communication and planning was fun and Kyle gave great suggestions. Set up was smooth and the reception was flawless. We got tons of compliments on the food and the staff. We were a bit wary because FCC doesn't yet have a big presence on the Pittsburgh wedding scene but we are so glad we chose to go with them.
