**Yelp Review for Firebirds Woodfired Grill in Niles**Ah, Firebirds Woodfired Grill in Niles, where trendy meets... well, a slightly shocking price tag! Let's just say this place has the ambiance that makes you want to sip martinis and snap Instagram pics, but your wallet might not be as enthusiastic about the experience.First off, the bar is a fabulous spot to unwind with friends. It's got all the modern vibes you could ask for, but when I ordered a martini, I nearly fell off my chair at the almost $15 price tag! And no, my friends, it wasn't even happy hour. I mean, I love a good cocktail as much as the next person, but I expect my drink prices to be a little less shocking... like a jump scare in a horror movie!Now, I did go back during happy hour, and I must say, the value was way more friendly. We mixed and matched some appetizers and actually managed to leave feeling a bit full with a $60 bill for two. Not too shabby! But then, oh boy, the food prices were still sky-high. I treated myself to the fresh seafood pasta with shrimp (absolutely divine, by the way), but when I asked for a side of crushed red pepper to spice things up, I was hit with a $4 charge for what amounted to a tiny ramekin of spice. Seriously? At an American Italian restaurant? That felt a bit like charging me for air!As much as I want to love this place (and trust me, I really do), the combination of the prices and the service just doesn't quite add up. Yes, the food is tasty, but let's be real--I could easily get something similar at Texas Roadhouse and come away much happier and with a few extra bucks in my pocket.I haven't given up on Firebirds just yet. I plan to make a return in 2025 to see if they've had a little internal revamp. Until then, I'll be dreaming about that seafood pasta while keeping my wallet safe from the shock of overpriced drinks and sides! Cheers to hoping for a better experience next time!

If you want to dine in the Eastwood Mall area and want a great dining experience and food Firebirds is your place. It has a very comfortable and quiet interior. The feel is somewhat opposite of Buffalo Wild Wings that is across the lot. If you like conversation during dinner versus big screen viewing go to Firebirds.The food and service are excellent. I had the Ahi Tuna appetizer and was very impressed by the quality of the tuna it was some of the best sushi grade tuna that I've had in a while. Bar area is classy and comfortable. Enjoy!

My sister and I went there Saturday and the grilled shrimp salad was terrible! They gave us old salad and tried to cover it up by putting the dressing on the salad to cover up the wilted leaves! The salad leaves were old iceberg lettuce that should have been thrown away! It's was terrible!

Firebirds, a place I've frequented a few times and food was pretty good, but sometimes things change. Today was a simple delivery order, three....simple....burgers. (Two medium and one medium-well). All three arrived sloppy, burnt like charcoal briquets. Missing the condiments, no pickle, no mayo, ketchup, as was ordered and noted. Really pretty simple stuff, aint like three burgers is some botique order that needs the attention of a sous chef. All it needs si someone to do just that, pay attention, show a little care and attention to the order esp at these prices. Oh well

Total confusion. Everyone running around frantically. Nice server but not efficient. Ordered a burger prepared medium. It came out after nearly 45 minutes prepared very well done. We could not eat it. Although the charge was removed from our bill, it ruined our dinner because we could not eat the food we ordered. We left dissatisfied. The restaurant was out of coffee cups so they served hot water in a tall water glass.

This restaurant is connected to the mall, and the mall is connected to the convention center, which is connected to my hotel. It was a good meal! I ordered the filet with bleu cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms seemed to be covered in sugar, so I didn't like those. But the filet and bleu cheese were delicious! The mashed potatoes were also good! But first, I had the caesar salad which was obviously terrible by the two bites left. Since it's within walking distance from my hotel, I will be back over the next few weeks. Thanks for a great experience!
