Firebirds is a casual restaurant and bar that has several dozen locations across many states. For the 2024 menu for this Cranberry Township location, please see my attached photos. My husband and I made a reservation for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was mostly full with other customers. The seating hostess immediately seated us. Throughout our meal, our waitress spoke nicely to us, but her service was extremely slow. Here are our reviews for our foods:Bread loaf - 4.5 stars - This bread was for free. It was fresh and warm and tasted good.Bacon deviled eggs - 4.5 stars - My husband picked off some of the egg filling and peppers, but he enjoyed this appetizer very much. Grilled shrimp and strawberry salad - 4.5 stars - This entree was a large size and contained fresh shrimp, strawberries, mixed greens, goat cheese, jicama, pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette. Brunch burger - 4.5 stars - This burger was topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, fried egg, and bacon jam (no tomatoes at my husband's request). My husband said that the bacon was soggy and not crispy, so he picked it off. For his side, he chose tater tots, which were crispy and flavorful.Grain pilaf - 4 stars - This pilaf contained mostly vegetables and very little rice. It did taste good.

This place is one of our favorite date-night spots. We've never had a bad meal here. To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I dined on some great food! The bread is always a hit, especially when it comes right out of the oven. Nice crunch on the outside, while warm and soft on the inside. The bacon deviled eggs were the highlight of the night for me. Sweet and salt from the candied bacon. A little smoke from paprika, and a gentle heat from jalapeño. This was a perfect appetizer. Not too filling for two people. My entree was salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The veggies were a little undercooked. My potato was excellent. I love the salty crust! My wife got a pork chop and it was cooked perfectly! And A+ for presentation! Her potato was equally delicious. The carrots were not good. They tasted like pure char... almost burnt. I like a good char on my food, but this was just a burnt taste. I have yet to have a carrot as good as Poulet Bleu or Meat and Potatoes carrots. Half off Pinot Noir on Mondays is a great deal! Firebirds is always a good time, and we enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here!

It's a really nice place inside. Dark and cozy, it's a nice place to hang out, have some drinks and a meal. Had been here about 4 years ago or so so came in for a steak after flying all dayHad a bourbon while I looked over the menuDecided on the wings for an app and an16oz ribeye with a baked potato and steamed vegetables Wings were delicious. Very full of flavor and cooked perfectly Got the BLT salad with the garlic ranch dressing. It was very good, I practically licked the bowl! The steak was a different story. It was cooked well and tasted ok except it was extremely salty. I couldn't eat the whole thing it was so salty. My tongue was still burning the next morning! Potato was excellent and I ate it skin and all. Veggies were ok, nothing specialHad the lemonade too, was good, definitely tasted fresh squeezed Service was good very nice and attentive

Firebirds is a solid choice for the area, offering decent food with steaks that stand out. While it feels a notch above a typical chain restaurant, it's a reliable option for a satisfying meal. If you're staying nearby, it's worth a visit, but if you're able to venture into Pittsburgh, you'll find even more remarkable dining options.

1st trip to firebirds in cranberry... pretty mixed thoughts overall...Chile chicken tostada bites (grilled chicken, green Chile cheese sauce, charred corn salsa, goat cheese, cilantro, and crisp tortillas)...great flavors but messes around a bit on the temperatures. Some things cold...some Luke warm...Thai chili crispy cauliflower (green onion and pumpkin seeds)...more great flavors but drenched in Thai chili and served basically in a gravy boat which takes some of the crunch away...Tuna street tacos (avocado lime slaw and charred corn salsa)...best bite today with nice acidityPrime rib sliders (horseradish sauce, crispy onions, and toasted brioche )...enjoyed the tangy hose horseradish sauce and crispy onion string batter but the beef itself was just ok.Overall decent spot with a good valued happy hour menu. No bites wowed me so much that I would hurry to come back. And with 2-3 at the bar at a given time, it still took around 15 minutes for my card to get taken...

Absolutely loved Brunch. I don't get to this area often, so I had to follow the GPS directions. The service was great, and so was the food. I can't wait to come back for dinner and try more menu items. This place has been on my list for a while, and I'm so glad I came out to try it. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

I was dragged here for a work event and wasn't particularly impressed. That having been said, I'm not exactly their target audience: I don't eat meat. They do have an Impossible Burger option on their menu, but it was pretty difficult to find a vegetarian option that was mostly vegetables. Even the more interesting salads are centered around some sort of meat or fish. I ended up ordering a green salad and a few side dishes, but they seemed confused and brought everything out as an entree rather than bringing the salad out as a salad course (when everyone else got their salad). The salad was fine (and larger than expected), but the sides were fairly boring. The restaurant itself was dark and very loud, even on a Tuesday. That might be the ambiance that they're going for, but the noise seemed excessive. I'm not sure if that's because everyone was seated so close together or just due to the acoustics of the building.

3.5 starsFood was pretty good. We had a steak and potatoes bowl, onion rings, salad and kid's burger. The steak was tasty but a little bit too black and blue for my taste. Onion rings were good. Kids burger was cooked well and the brioche bun was tasty. Salad was good; I liked the walnuts. Service was adequate and there is plenty of parking. I would eat here again. The only thing preventing me from giving 4 stars was the meat on the salad.

Amazing food and staff. Only downside is it's um, noisy, and our friend who wears hearing aids finds a little hard to hear sometimes other than that it's perfect.

We did not have a reservation and so that was our fault. The bar though is first come first serve and I was able to snag a table for two pretty quickly. Our server was amazing. She was attentive and talked though aspects of the menu given that it was our first time. The Philly egg rolls were amazing highly suggest as a starter we had ours with just the Thai chilli sauce. The potato soup was also delicious. I got the salmon and shrimp in the 3 course dinner. The waitress suggested to swap the side for mashed potatoes and that was an amazing idea. It took a long time for the food to come out but the waitress did say the kitchen was backed up. My friend did not enjoy her garlic steak stated it was salty the manager comped her dessert but not the meal. The place was nice, it was a little loud but otherwise it was okay. The drink I ordered fall Festivus was also sour. Overall it was nice but I can't say I'd pick this restaurant first again
