Ordered DoorDash - they sent the wrong order. Tried to call restaurant to fix but phone was disconnected.

DETAILS-DETAILS, it's long but stay with me so this does not happen to you!! They do not deserve 1 star. Used door dash to order a pickup-easy right...try again. We picked up our order: Bacon cheeseburger w/fries &bbq sauce and Chicken gyro w/chips and ranch. Drive away with it. Found out there were no sauces, not even for the gyro and no cheese in burger. No biggie mistakes happen. Go back. Husband bring out bag saying it's fixed and i quickly notice there is still no gyro sauce, go back in to get it. Decide to look more closely and find out there is lamb meat mixed into my chicken gyro-gross-that's y I ordered chicken-to get chicken. Show the bartender who proceeds to inform us that it is supposed to have lamb meat? I explain, no-there is an option for lamb meat and then there is an option for CHICKEN-she argues that is not how there menu is set up-so I prove her wrong by looking at the menu with her. She then says well that's not how it looks on the receipt-so I show her the receipt that clearly states "chicken gyro", her attitude toward us is awful. Why not just say let me remake that for you?! Nope-she is clearly annoyed with us that we had to come in 4 times to get one order right?! So we realized that after all the fussing my husbands burger and fries are now coke:( we go back to the kitchen to let them know we want a refund. The bartender, smashes the food into the garbage can with a quickness to let us know how annoyed she is. She precedes to do the refund and turns to us and says "here you go-blah-blah" I look down and she gave us a gift card?! I tell her , could we please have this refunded to our card, we really wouldn't feel comfortable eating there at this point. She gives us a dramatic explanation about the Taphouse has nothing to do with refunds from doordash-I say no problem you just had to let us know. We walked out. No -sorry, no-how can I help you, no-let me fix that, no-nothing but her terrible annoyed attitude?! Shouldn't we be the ones annoyed? They were not busy at this time. There's 2 sides to every story-no doubt, but in this story, we were paying customers and treated her with the dignity and respect we had hoped to get in return:) We didn't want to discuss it or argue about it-we just wanted to eat.

We were looking for a place to watch the Superbowl and found this spot. First off they have a very nice selection of Craft Beers on draft at pretty reasonable prices compared to many places in the region. Everything we ordered was very very good. The fish sandwich was especially tasty!It was a great place to watch a game, enjoy some good beers, and get some tasty bites. What else do you need? We will be back!

Surprised by the two negative reviews as over the past year, whether eating in or grabbing take out, the food has always been excellent. The delightful comfort food such as the hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, gravy do not disappoint! Since the menu is so varied, you can enjoy the meaty crab cakes, the enormous tasty fish platter or the grilled Reuben which is stacked to the hilt! Ron and Margarita run an inviting Taphouse with many choices for drink, great musical sounds from local bands, and amazing food choices! They are also very active in the community, always giving back!

Great food and liquor, low prices and good atmosphere. Both the former owner and the new owner are great. I sure hope it reopens soon. Forget all the handful of negative comments.

*Doordash deliveryOn the site, beverage sizes are not posted and they got me. $3.25 for a watered down 16oz fountain pepsi Ordered two salads that had breadsticks included, no breadsticks came to the house. Finally, salad steak was ordered as med rare- unfortunately the shoe leather they sent was WELL DONE upon which my husband broke a tooth. Sad really, we use too enjoy this place...

food is ok. Decent beer. Not as much of a selection as in the past for a tap house. The one server /bartender was nice. Not much going on on a Friday.

I don't usually give a negative review but tonight was one useable. Waited al least 20 minutes to have our order taken. A table that was seated about 10 minutes after us had their order taken first. Then it took about 45 minutes to get our meals. We were even given the checks BEFORE we received our meals. I feel this was done for spite. It will be quite awhile before I return. Very disappointed
