Delighted to find this place in western Pennsylvania near the Ohio border. Wonderful barbecue, plenty of options, reasonable prices and wonderful waitresses. While I was here, someone ordered 20 racks of ribs to go! Our waitress Nina knew everything about the menu and refilled my coffee before it ever got empty, about five times! The chili looked to be very watery, but was very flavorful and I wouldn't change a thing about it!

Delicious pulled pork sandwich. The mac and cheese was so amazing I ordered a bunch to bring home with me for later. The atmosphere was kind of divey but it was good for the quality down home food offered. The waitresses were nice and reasonably attentive. I will make sure to be going out of my way to eat there again when I'm in the area.

Our friend brought us here one day and told us we had to try the gator tail. Gator tail?! I was pretty confused but I'm down to try most things so figured why not. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a really welcoming place with some good food. Their steaks were really good and the gator tail wasn't too bad. It's not something I'd order more than once but our friends really loved it. I'd definitely go back for their steaks though! We all kind of sampled each other's food and their onion rings, buckshot fries, barbecue pork and cole slaw were great too. We left there satisfied but feeling ten pounds heavier haha! Their staff is wonderful, they are very friendly.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this hidden treasures while having a day trip hiking in the forest. I wanted so many things, it was hard to choose. Everyone was so friendly, it almost felt like we went back in time. We had the BBQ smoked chicken and it was delicious. We look forward to stopping back.

Dining at Fat Jimmy's BBQI have Celiac and while this restaurant is not a gluten free restaurant, they were very accommodating when making my order (we visited for dinner). Portions are generous, staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is family friendly. The dining area is small and reminds me a bit of a 50s style dinner without that decor. My family of five sat at the counter for dinner. The kids loved it!I'll be sure to visit again when I'm back in town.

Now called fat jimmies BBQ. Very good breakfasts and I love BBQ so I like the pulled pork for lunch. They just added on to this restaurant due to limited seating...should have plenty now.I had the mess for breakfast (except they dont call it mess - I think they call it chuckwagon or something like that). They have a few versions (veggie chuckwagon, meat chuckwagon and I think western). Anyhow it comes in two sizes, half and whole order. The half order is plenty - trust me.

My wife and I ate here tonight for the first time. The interior looks like the stereotypical southern bbq joint; smallish tables, crowded, whatever available hung on the walls, several people at the lunch counter showing way too much of their behinds. The waitress was attentive though she was really busy. She recited about 8 specials of the night including the 32 ounce steak. Yes, Saturday is steak night. We went with the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich, both with sides of coleslaw and baked beans, our selections. We ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer, coffee and iced tea. Even though the place was packed, we were served relatively quickly. Very generous servings, plenty to eat. The brisket was sliced and very tender. The pulled pork was piled high on the larger size bun. Both were above average in my mind for flavor. Twenty dollars out the door. The downside for both meals was that they were just warm, barely warm, not hot. We will go back, but will make sure we get hot, hot meals.

Il start by saying I paid 19$ for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a iced tea... . The place seems to be falling apart, it's old and has not been kept up on. The food is decent and staff pleasant, but thoroughly overpriced. 12$ for loaded fries hahahaha the list goes on . Definitely will not be back due to the prices. Can find much better for way cheaper locally
