Fun and funny interactive staff always makes a restaurant experience even better! I love when you're not just another person to serve, but the staff goes out of their way to laugh with you, especially while you wait for a table. We stopped in for a snack of two dumpling orders and spicy cucumbers. These were the best pork and crab soup dumplings I've had, and they are typically not my favorite variety. The flavors were nicely balanced and the crab was subtle instead of overpowering. Sitting at the bench is cool, especially with little ones, so you can watch the chefs make dumplings and noodles! Also noteworthy: this area of Pittsburgh was great for wandering in and out of stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Food was so yummy on a cold winter night! Everything's freshly made, well seasoned and even fun to eat... slurping is encouraged! The noodles are just the right amount of chewy and tender... And the soup dumplings were incredible! The Taiwanese Style Pork Belly Sliders were okay... Nothing special. We had another appetizer too, but I'm the future, I'd save more room for the delicious soup.Wait staff worked together as a team and were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely plan to visit again when we are in the area!It was also fun to watch the noodles being stretched!! It added to the fun ambiance of the restaurant.

Comfortable interior and overall tasty food. Upon entering, you can see people hand pulling noodles in the window and folding dumplings in the back, so you know it's the real deal. Plus, you order via a paper checklist. TBH the vegetable dumplings weren't amazing, but still good nonetheless. However, the star of the show was the wood ears and tofu skins appetizer I ordered on a whim--crazy addicting for no reason. Maybe it's not the best food, but I'd still return. I'm giving 5 stars just because 4 feels too low.

Everyday noodles is a really delicious, hearty place for noodles and dumplings. Our food was yummy but very simple. Service was quick and attentive. Very busy at dinner time on a Sunday evening with snow coming down! Worth the visit.

I am a little let down by this place! I got there soup dumplings and my friend got a noddle soup and both were just fine! I was really expecting great flavor from the dumplings and they were very bland. Even with the sauce they gave it just wasn't enough! The inside is very clean and the service was fast! I will have to give this place another try but for now I'm disappointed

We stopped here for our first meal in Pittsburgh, recommendation from a friend. While I wasn't the biggest fan of the noodles, everything else was SOOO GOOD. I highly recommend the pork soup dumplings. We also loved the egg yolk buns and scallion pancakes. Service is super speedy. We were seated immediately even though the place was packed, on Thanksgiving Day. I loved the ordering system of just being able to order things off a piece of paper using the pencil they provide. Waiters were super nice and the place was very lively! Also, there was very clean and simple decor. I would 10000% be back if I visit Pittsburgh again.

I went here for dinner on a Tuesday evening with three other friends at 6pm. We were able to get a table right away. I've never been inside before and it has a bunch of tables for four, a big round table for a slightly smaller table towards the back, and a couple of benches with seats all facing one way so you can watch the staff in the kitchen make the food through a large glass window. The food was delicious and came out SO quickly. My favorites were the pork soup dumplings, the shao mai, and the braised minced pork over rice. I will say, the customer service here is just okay which is how you know it's authentic. At no point did anyone smile at us or ask us how we were doing which I loved. Instead, they gave us our food with a brusque efficiency which was fantastic.
