I tried Elevate last night at Bakery Square. I ordered the Salmon Salad. It was SUPER good. Seriously delicious. It came out relatively quickly. It was just PRICEY! $19 for a salad- woof. It would have to be a special occasion to order it again. I love the ambiance of bakery square though. Cannot beat the outdoor seating.

Great dinner at elevate inside the galley at bakery square! After contemplating the options at bakery square I ended up choosing elevate because the pork chop sandwich sounded great. The person taking orders was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my table number but he assured me that I could come back after I ordered to give my table number without an issue. And my food was easily delivered to my table which was great! The sandwich tasted fantastic and they were very generous with the portion of French fries which is nice since fries were a $1 up charge. Like all the restaurants at the galley, there is a 2.99% fee if paying with credit card too. There was an event going on for national beer day when we went and the atmosphere was great!Overall a wonderful dinner experience!

The concept works: new twists on traditional comfort foods. Everything is delicious and the staff is very friendly.I'm a fan of the Galley Group, they started in the Strip, then came Federal Galley, then Bakery Square Galley. They are a great restaurant incubator. They offer lots of options plus a great bar.Elevate is women owned, which I find appealing. The menu is varied and the food is excellent.

This spot is part of the Bakery Square galley. Their area is small but they have so many items to choose from off the menu. Not too many that makes it overwhelming. We've had the shepherd's pie which is actually a true shepherd's pie as it's properly made with lamb. We've also had the chili made with wagyu beef as well as the chicken and rice soup.Elevate is a proper name because they take comfort food and elevate it into a near five star experience. The food is really good.Fast service.

4.5 stars overall. Elevate restaurant is a kitchen concept in Galley Bakery Square, where customers may order foods from multiple restaurants through their phones. Elevate's menu lists appetizers such as truffle fries and BBQ pork nachos and entrees such as wagyu chili, filet mignon cheesesteak sandwich, and shepherd's pie. Most entrees cost about $17-21.I ordered the blackened salmon that cost $21. The salmon had a crispy exterior and juicy interior and tasted really good (5 stars). It was accompanied with real garlic mashed potatoes (5 stars) and a lettuce salad that contained beans (4.5 stars). For my beverage, I ordered an orange-flavored Lacroix sparkling water, but it was out of stock, so I received a grapefruit-flavored Lacroix instead. The server brought the food and beverage to my table within a very reasonable amount of time.

Elevate is inside of the Galley at Bakery Square. They have great menu options. I tried the lemon vinegar fries as an app- I wish they had more vinegar but they were really good. My boyfriend got the ribs with baked beans and a side salad. The portions were large and ribs fell off the bone.

NOTE: The low rating isn't about the food, but what happened to me when I tried to place an order with them.My first time in the Bakery Square Galley and I saw "VG" by several items on Elevate's menu.I asked what VG meant and the person by the cash register said that stood for vegan. At the top of the menu as an appetizer were pierogi with caramelized onions - an absolute favorite of mine and difficult to find with no meat or dairy at all. After perusing the menus from the other Galley options, I decided nothing could beat the pierogi. Asked the man at the cash register if the appetizer pierogi was enough for a meal. Nope - they were out of them. Not much else appealed to me on the menu but after going back to the other places again, I figured I'd just have Elevate's veggie burger and fries. Started my order, but then....Nope - someone else came out to tell me the burger wasn't vegan. It's made with egg and the VG actually meant vegetarian.Completely unimpressed with the place after not even eating a bite from them.

I wish I could give them 4.5. Newly opened pop up in Bakery Square.Today I tried out the veggie burger . The burger was so good that I felt that it could possibly be a good comfort food option for me. Although, they are a little pricey for what they serve. I wish they had given chips with the burger (complimentary). I was happy to see so many vegetarian options. Since it's in Bakery Square, the seating is both indoor and outdoor. There is enough parking options and EV charging stations. There are bands that play during the weekends and it's a fun spot to be in on a good weather day.I'll come back to try other vegetarian options.

I stopped by here for brunch on a weekend. Galley overall was busy, but you can order with a QR code, so I set about finding a brunchy option. Elevate had several and I settled on a hot chicken sandwich. This was served with a side salad that wasn't really described. The salad actually was really good, with a bean salad on top that was different and tasty. The sandwich was ok. It was plentiful and I appreciated the thigh (versus the usual breast). The breading sort of fell off though and the chipotle aioli sort of clashed with the hot sauce on the chicken. The plate was a lot of food and came in at over $21. I'd have preferred a little less all the way around. As is the galley concept, they want a tip at the time of ordering, for "service" that no one is actually going to provide (aside from delivering the plate).

This place has really good pork sandwiches and meat options. The pork sandwich was really crispy and flavorful. Their pork chops are also just as good!
