3.5 stars overall. During my visit, El Paso Mexican Grill had excellent service and OK food. Please see my attached photos for the menu in February 2024. When my husband and I entered the restaurant, an employee immediately greeted us and seated us in a clean booth. Soon, our waiter arrived, gave us menus, and took our order. He brought out our beverages, appetizer, and entrees very quickly. Throughout our meal, he and two other employees repeatedly checked in with us and gave us drink refills. At the end, we paid our bill at the cash register near the front door. Please note that this restaurant adds a 3.5% fee to non-cash payments. Here are our ratings for our foods:Cheese dip with tortilla chips - 4 stars - The cheese was gooey, and it and the chips tasted good. 2 Amigos Quesadilla - 3 stars - One quesadilla was filled with shrimp, and the other was filled with imitation crab. On the side were lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. I enjoyed the shrimp (4 stars) more than the crab (2 stars).Mixed fajita - 3.5 stars - My husband ate this entree. The flour tortillas contained beef, chicken, onions, and green peppers. On the side were lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, beans, and Mexican rice. We thought that the meats should have been marinated so they were more flavorful.

Surprisingly good Mexican fare.Pros: passed the two golden rules for Mexican restaurants: good chips and salsa and refried beans. Huevos Rancheros were not overcooked, staff were very attentive and solid. Place was busy, the local lunch crowd likes this place. Clean restrooms. Cons: standard, chain restaurant menu, like I have seen a dozen times elsewhere. $4 for a Pepsi is Disney-level gouging. Summary: Not what I expected from a West Virginia interstate exit restaurant. Well done.

Service was so speedy and super polite! This location is huge. The corn tortillas in my mini taco sampler were fresh and delicious. The Hawaiian burrito is a decadent new item. Delicious. The size small frozen margarita (seen in my photos) was standard and yummy. The ambiance was big, bright, and colorful, lots of interesting glass chandelier and Dia de los muertos style portrait paintings hung around the room. They have a private parking lot.

I would rate this Mexican restaurant with just one star due to an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered chicken chimichangas, but what I received can't be called a chimichanga; it was merely a rolled-up flour tortilla with chicken. The elote was awful, tasting absolutely unpleasant . When it comes to the 3 asada tacos, it's safe to say they don't meet Mexican cuisine standards. Giving this place a 4-star rating is a joke. As a local in Los Angeles, CA, I strongly believe this establishment shouldn't be associated with Mexican cuisine. El Paso tacos are way better than this crappy place. Will never come back here again.

Food was good. We came here on an Easter Friday on our visit to New Vrindavan. Service was nice and food felt authentic. It was also not very expensive. It was not overcrowded, may be because it was Easter weekend. Only thing was we ordered Jalapeño poppers and didn't expect grilled Jalapeño. May be a mistake. Anyway all in all it was decent.
