Had lunch with a relative recently. It was very busy for an early afternoon. Ordered lamb on the rod cooked medium It came black on the outside. Was way overcooked and quite disappointing. There are better places to dine in the area. Won't be back

We were in town for a reunion and this place seemed the best choice of all, based upon our hotel location. There weren't too many non-chain options, but we found one!We were able to make online reservations and then went on the trip to find it! PA is hard to navigate with their hills and tiny, tiny road signs. Thank goodness for Google Maps!We parked in their very full lot, which is always a good sign! Plus, the cars were very high end, so we thought it must be really good. Once we checked in, in person, they said they would text us when ready. True to word, 20 minutes later we had a great private table by the bar. I was so happy! Our server was so obliging and polite. He heard all our asks and delivered. For me, service makes all the difference and when there is none, I get quickly upset. He was on point!Food was delicious, not overpriced, and I would advocate this place for any out of towners! Enjoy!

We started off with lukewarm coffee! The waitress said she had 'Just brewed a fresh pot'. The refills were just as bad. Then came the lukewarm Wedding Soup. Having worked in food service for years; I would have been embarrassed to serve this watered-down broth. The waitress took the half full cup off of the table, but didn't bother to ask if it was not to my liking. The "Steakhouse Bleu" salad was good, but my appetite was ruined by then. I chose not to air my concerns, as one of my guests does not cope well with confrontation.

Had dinner last night and we both had the "salad special". 2 salads, 3 drinks and app cost $95.00. Service was underwhelming at the bar, perhaps because it was busy or maybe because her friends were sitting at the bar also. Ambiance was busy bar like. Disappointed in the cost of the drinks but they do have cute new highball glasses that the wild turkey tasted good in. Likely won't be back despite how much we enjoyed this restaurant in the past.

We came to this place on a busy Tuesday evening, and we were glad to have used their online waitlist to put in our names. Our table was ready when we arrived, meaning we passed a large number of groups waiting in the front for seats. The table was clean, and our drink came in a relatively short amount of time.The table Split an Order of Buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. It was fantastic and came out hot with fresh chips. Warning for those with low spice tolerance: this one might cause you to sweat (meaning it was perfect for me).I personally ordered the Italien chicken sandwich, which was very good. I wish there were more toppings on it, but over all it had good flavor. My side salad was fresh and crisp, so no complaints there. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, though they seemed to over cook their burgers so be warned. Personally my only complaint was time of service. There were long gaps between the times our waitress would check on out table, meaning the food took long to receive and our waters were often empty. I blame this on the fact that the Place was packed, but it still would have been nice to have some more attention.All in all, I would come back as there are other tasty items on the menu I'd love to try!

it's okay, the appetizers are better then the entrees. it's not that bad of a wait even with it being busy. has texas rhode house decor vibes, food took a bit to come out but not that bad

Always busy but still excellent service and good food as well as great variety. Burgers and salads are great. Dinners are very good, from lamb to fish to Italian. Something for everyone.

Everything The owner is not professional let alone friendly. He literally argued with us over the price of an item since he did not consider it an entree. Since when is a chicken salad not an entrée.?? Never go there again

I ordered French onion soup it was good. My wife's beef tip sandwich was tough and meat cut in huge chunks. My fries were lukewarm at best when I got them. Food there has been mediocre at best.

We've been in NEW CASTLE for 14 months now and this is our go to restaurant and believe me when I tell you there are very very many restaurants here in NEW CASTLE that are good but Edwards is the bestThe food, the service everything the ambience is perfect and we love going there and enjoy every meal we've ever had there
