Edwards Ice Cream Shop

Apparently, this is THE PLACE post any Deer Lakes event. We were post 4th grade band concert. Shout out to all the Deer Lakes band members who came back to play with the elementary school kids. Large servings. Drive through. Plenty of outdoor seating. Reasonable prices.

Right across from St. Victor's church. They are always very friendly but a little understaffed. If it's a busy time of day there will be a line. They're custard is so creamy and they have a specialty flavor of custard, hard ice cream, and rtic swirl posted on their website each week. In addition they also offer concession type food. The are several picnic benches and a pavilion to sit at.

Always a hot spot with good flavors, good service, and a great atmosphere in the summers!

Another very good ice cream shop in the area. They offer Perry's ice cream as their hard offering. Soft serve also available. They have arctic swirls, sundaes and pints and quarts to go. Also some food and snack offerings such as nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers and walking tacos. I tried the white lightning hard ice cream which consisted of dark chocolate with mint chips and it was delicious. Worth a try if you are nearby.

I wish I could give this place more stars as i live in the neighborhood. 2 easy fixes, print out the menu that is on your website and post it on several areas outside of the shop. Trying to read the menu that is posted just sucks. Also, the waits are entirely too long and have always been that way. Whatever system you are using needs completely revamped. Get it together Edward's.

Every time I pass by this place, there is usually a long line. I was pretty excited to try it! They serve Perry's ice cream here. Pretty tasty. We had the lemon sorbet and chocolate almond. The chocolate ice cream had some ice on it but the lemon sorbet was fine. Large scoops and the price is average. They could use more tables on the side but there is a pavilion in the back for people to gather. It didn't blow me away but I would come back again.

Great milkshake and the girl working that made it was super friendly I was in from outta the area visiting a friend and I wish I lived here to visit it more often.

Edwards has everything that one could ask for in a mom and pop Ice cream shop. It's near the park for a great treat after a day of play, it has soft serve and hard ice cream, and some various snacks such as nachos and hot dogs. I have been to Edwards a number of times as it is my preferred ice cream spot in the area. Most times I get one of the speciality sundaes (my personal favorites are the Smores sundae and the Elvis sundae, with my wife being a fan of their soft serve cones.) They hit the mark as well with a rotating weekly special flavor of not just hard, but also soft serve ice cream, giving you a reason to stop by and treat yoself! The service has always been quick and polite, even when there is a line that forms on a hot Summer day.

Went to Exwards tonight Jocelyn waited on us and was amazing...Edwards ice cream is the best in the area..

Best place to go for ice cream whether your coming from church or on the way back from your little league games. The food is always good and the ice cream options are amazing!
