Eat'n Park

My husband and I were thrilled to eat at Eat n Park during a trip to Pittsburgh after most of their Ohio locations closed many years ago. The food was exactly as we remembered and we got Smiley cookies and chocolate chunk cookies to go. The restaurant was clean and waitstaff were attentive.

Love the staff here.They are friendly and professional during the day.Staff is friendly at night.....However, if you go to this Eat'n Park after 9:30 at night order to go.Several times I went into this Eat'n Park after 9:00 pm and felt like I was interrupting their cleaning time.Several times no one was out front to greet or seat you.I felt rushed when I was served.Their food is usually okay, but I usually only order breakfast food.Hard to mess up breakfast food.Genevieve is the best waitress in the place. She earns her pay and tips.She is always friendly and helpful.

It's okay, nothing fantastic about their Food . Just a place to grab a Quick bite to eat

It was okay. As requested they sat us at a table. I ordered a Western omelet with swiss cheese. I was delighted to see my english muffin with big pools of butter in the crevices. Hubby ordered Eggs Benedict. We share our food and as expected, his Eggs Benedict was on a toasted English muffin. But that muffin was difficult to chew. I could hardly cut it with a fork. My omelet was as expected and I smeared ketchup all over it. I made a better choice than my husband. Both of us ordered fresh fruit as a side. Nice huge serving of fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries and honeydew. The side of fruit is a winner. My friends were pleased with their meal, potato soup and mile high meatloaf and pot roast. I didnt want the calories which are posted. I was looking for liver and onions which they used to have but it has been several years since I have eaten here. My other friend was hoping for peanut butter pie which she says is excellent. Unfortunately they were out. I liked Eat-n-Park better as a kid. I find myself struggling to find something that I want to order. Good service but as noted in other reviews, it is cold inside. It was Ok. Not great but not awful either.

First time at Sewickley location and will be my lastI have always had good service at other locations but not this one, I was left waiting for a table, no one in sight to seat meFinally a woman seats us and passes empty tables to take us to the lastOur waitress was in a bad mood and showed it, she rolled her eyes when I asked a question and never smiled or spokeThrew the bill at us and walked awayMy only regret is leaving this nasty girl a tipStay away from here

We had dinner last night at this location. I should have known something was off since all the patrons had their coats on. Our server was fast and polite. We both got the salad bar, the lettuce most was limp and several pieces were brown. I went back later since things were being refilled, but the lettuce was the same. My main issue was, the temperature inside. It was miserable...so cold. It felt like the A/C was on, the waiter as well as the hostess remarked about how uncomfortably cold it was inside. We hurried through dinner to get in the car to warm up.

Eat'n park is so good for many reasons. The food tastes amazing and so are the drinks. The service was awesome! I ordered a strawberry waffle and it came in less than 10 minutes! The ambiance was so good! It felt like I was in a cozy cottage! My server was the sweetest. Eat'n park deserves 5 stars, and that's what I gave them. I love Eat'n park!

My family and I have always had a good experience at this location until today. Our 11 year old son left his wallet behind with his Christmas money in it. We got it back 2 hours later but found there was $20 less in the wallet. Management said they checked the security footage but the camera does not angle well to the booth we were seated, they can't help us, and we can't say it was one of their staff. We can, because that was the only time the wallet was not in my son's possession.

After standing there for 15 minutes and many servers passing and ignoring me, a server approached me by the name GenevieveI. She asked if I needed anything. I informed her I wanted a quart of chicken noodle soup. In a few minutes I had my order. I want to commend this waitress on her service and treating me as if I was guest in her home. Eat N Park needs to recognize this employee for caring about the customer. I commented her on being the only server who didn't ignore me. She even offered to get me a water. Do the right thing Eat N Park and recognize this server for all her goodness to their customers. I was ignored by at least 5 employees.
