The advice is in the title. Eat there, don't drink there. The food is yummy with lots of grilled options. I love their tuna melt and chicken sandwiches. They are melted and hot with great toppings.However. Every time I get a drink from here, it tastes like it's base. What do I mean? If I order a latte w oat milk it tastes like oat milk. If I get a hot chocolate it takes like milk. If I get tea, it tastes like water. The beverages are so diluted, I have to say, after 2 yrs of coming here, I refuse to buy another beverage. Flavor everything!Aside from that, I enjoy this quaint little cafe style spot and it's conveniently located by campus. The prices are a little high for Pittsburgh but the meals are well worth it. Just don't pair it with a drink lol

I came here to get a morning coffee when I was at CMU last weekend since not much was open on campus Sunday morning. I got a banana nut loaf and a decaf latte. The loaf was good, but the latte was a little weak and there was sort of an odd gritty texture in the milk - not sure if it was the almond milk or espresso grounds.There was an unpleasant smell in the building. I think it might have been originating from somewhere outside the back entrance rather than inside, but definitely not something you want to smell in an eating place.

This place has great seating and AMAZING BURGERS! I got the mushroom pesto burger and it's one of the best burgers I've ever tried! Vegetarian and delicious! Highly recommend!

52 dates in 52 weeks.Our first venture is out to Unique Eats to experience their Vegan food and we were so pleased with how pleasant everyone was and how helpful they were with advising us on the menu. We ordered the Malibu Avocado Burger and the Impossible burger with cheddar cheese, onions and mushrooms. We also ordered a caramel and hazlenut Latte and the food was delicous, the lattes were good and the service was really good.

Omg this place is so good! All their burgers are impossible burgers (a vegetarians dream) and the desserts are amazing! I love their egg burritos too and I'm really sad they got rid of the sweet potato black bean egg burrito

Seating area is a nice place to study or hang out with friends, there are many delicious dessert and food options. The salmon bowl is my to-go but it can be inconsistent sometimes.

Food is meh.... Service was ok and if u want to call it "ambiance" i guess it was fine. Seems like a college hangout. While my husband had the chicken wrap and it was ok, my tuna melt was pretty bleh... dark meat tuna... means they are CLEARLY cutting corners. Honestly it looked pretty gross. I ate the bread and the tomato. Hope it was at least fresh. I would not recommend and i only wish i checked yelp before we walked in. If i did i would have seen the recent health code violations and would have run far...very far away.

EatUnique, at 305 S. Craig Street, had several health-code violations during an inspection on Tuesday (6/6/2024), according to an Allegheny County Health Department report. Violations include inadequate pest management, malfunctioning refrigeration equipment and improper date marking of prepared food. An inspector found rodent droppings on food-contact surfaces including prep tables and on the floor throughout the restaurant, according to the report.
