East Liverpool Country Club

I have only been here once to attend a wedding. However, I thought the room was beautifully decorated and the food was decent! Had a lot of fun attending the wedding here. Parking was available out front.

This review is solely through the eyes of a guest in the banquet hall. Went to a birthday party here last night and it was beautiful. Loved the setup in the hall with the dance floor up front. There was extra seating in an annex type area. The coffee station, desserts, buffet and bar were all outside of the main hall. Coming from a catering history this is a fantastic setup. Everything was not squeezed all into one area. The mens and women's restroom are both located downstairs in a lounge type area. The food was good. We had tomato orzo, salad, rice, green beans, chicken piccata, and some type of sliced roast. My favorite was the orzo. They had a cash bar which always is nice when you don't want people getting loaded at your event. They have plenty of parking for a large event and the place is well marked from the road. They have a really nice pool that I would love to use if I lived nearby. Beautiful venue and a great evening spent here.

This place is like playing golf in the old days. And a bit like playing in Britain. The course is dramatic and a real challenge. Most of the holes have elevated tees, and uphill approach shots to well protected, small greens. If you must have manicured courses, this one isn't for you, but if you want to play a quirky, old style course, try this one! And Al, in the clubhouse, completes the package!I highly recommend this course.
