East End Brewing Company

We came here on a Saturday evening and had a great time having beers and pizza with friends.East End offers a variety of different style beers. This time I had the rice lager which was light and enjoyable. They also have a bunch of NA options and Barmy Soda.We had their pizza of the week- Sonoran Dog, which had garlic oil, refried beans, mozzarella, hotdog, bacon, tomato, onion, guacamole , mayo, and cilantro . It was super tasty. This pizza had a thick crust which I really enjoyed. I like that there is plenty of comfortable seating in the taproom. We had a group of 5 and found a space no problem. In better weather I love their outdoor beer garden. Parking can be tricky, but there is lots of street parking around the block.

A date and I came here on a Sunday evening for a drink and some pizza. He got a beer and I got a root beer. We also split a pepperoni pizza. Ordering was simple and since the day was nice, we sat outside in their yard/patio area. They have additional seating indoors too. This spot is nestled away in East Liberty but it's easy to find. Definitely a neat spot. I'll be back!

The pizza was to die for!! We shared a pepperoni pie and since some of our family doesn't eat cheese, we enjoyed this delicious sweet potato onion pizza with gorgonzola on the side - omg so good!!! The people working are very nice and helpful, and I got some root beer and ginger beers to go! Everyone enjoyed the tasting and their drinks

Nice atmosphere with a lot of drink choices and a modest offering of tasty bites. I tried one of the ciders, the Strip District which was on the drier end, alongside a slice of the pizza of the month (tasty! - bolognese) and a pretzel with beer cheese (perfect!). Cheers!

Overall the beer was very solid and we liked the options available. Unfortunately it wasn't really relaxing or enjoyable due to the mass amount of children at the brewery. It was about 3:1 ratio of kids at the brewery running around and management didn't really do anything about it. We just focused on ourselves but definitely didn't feel very adult there.

Hey peeps! I'm a repeat customer of EEBC who had yet another great experience tonight. The weekly pizza was Hawaiian themed, and the vegan version was top notch. The warm and sunny summer evening made sitting outside irresistible. I was delighted when a band of acoustic string musicians showed up and played wonderful music at exactly the right decibel. I also bought the softest, most stylish merch to commemorate my visit (and I rarely buy merch). The service was top notch, as usual. See Yinz again soon!

Not the fairest review bc I had takeout pizza only but really nice big open space inside and outside; lots of seating. In quite a deserted area so idk how likely someone is to come across this place but takeout pizza was p solid. 7$ a slice might be a bit much but was a job well done for their pepperoni w/ hot honey. They have a funky slice usually, they had a hotdog pizza ? ? ? that I tried that did not work but I respect the effort. Could see myself coming again bc theres a cafe nearby that I really like but I would have to try the beers and be convinced to come again after that.

Service was ok. There were obviously people there who frequent this location as the servers seemed to be very attentive to them and carried on lengthy conversations. Line moved quickly, though. There's a pizza place attached to this location. But the pizza "slice" was really just a piece of Ciabatta bread with pizza sauce on top and a couple of slices of pepperoni. Interesting concept but not our favorite pizza in Pitt. Dogs are allowed in the outside sitting area. But it is only slightly covered so when it rains, prepare for your fur babies to be soaked. (Saw this while we were there). On street parking available just make sure to park up on the sidewalk to give maximum breadth to street traffic.

Pizza is always good. Something about their pizza makes it really special, I love it. The beer is good as well with a nice selection. The employees are very friendly too.

I wanted this to be a good hangout after work- but there's no one here to hang out with- other than the lovely staff. And no tv to silently zone-out into.Beer is good. Pizza is good. Friendly!Maybe I will come back in the summer and there will be another patron or two to converse with.
