Dunkin'

They won't answer the phones, and when they do finally answer, they tell you to stop calling and get a life? What kind of service is that? When I finally did get my catering order (after multiple attempts to call, I ended up just going to the actual store.), it was disgusting. Donuts were not fresh and my coffee boxes were burnt tasting. Go anywhere but to this location. It's not worth it when there's so many other places so close. Go to Oram's. This places service and food is awful.

So this location is such a disappointment in an area that is such a pleasant town. I take my granddaughter here weekly after her lessons and hate to support this place. Many times you go in and the staff is indifferent to whether they serve you or not. The woman that appears to be a manager/shift supervisor working on Monday evenings, will never look smile or greet you pleasantly and her attitude is that of someone who does not want to be there. This attitude is evident in the employees that are there as well. The tables are always dirty. The men's room door has been broken and unlock-able for at least 3 weeks. For at least two weeks there was no hand soap either. I am sad that this business was permitted to open in the town of Zelienople. I hope they improve through training or replacement, but based on other reviews it does not appear change will occur. So does the food/drink quality matter?

Not bad service for a fast food joint, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee which was served in 3-4 mins. There was no welcoming smiles & enthusiasm, but in my opinion that just makes it weird. It's DD not the Savoy..... Final thoughts Dunkin is better than Star$ucks & McWTF!!!!

Quality coffee. Clean store & friendly staff. Love the mobile order service. Wide selection of donuts.

Love the food/drinks, but the service on the other hand... I walked in today and ordered an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and while I was standing there the younger boy and girl were making fun of other customers that were there before me. This isn't the first time I've heard them talking about customers in front of other customers and all I can think is... how professional. I usually do a mobile order for this reason exactly.

Just was there for the first time. Ordered a black coffee, and two donuts to go. Girl at cash register put on one donut, had to correct her on that.Finally got my coffee at the pickup area but no donuts. The girl went back to the cash register and I stood there like an idiot until an employee saw my frustration and got my donuts.When I got home opened the coffee lid and it was with a large amount of cream!! I ordered my coffee black! Through it out.Really? That hard? Two donuts and a black coffee?Oh...And tried to call them, but some issue with their phone...

If I could rate no stars i would. I never thought I'd download yelp to hate on service but when I called to put in a pick up order I was treated with disrespect and rushed off the phone. (Assuming they were busy). I didn't even get greeted on the phone nor when I got there. I get there there was no line whatsoever and 2 people sitting at a table with their food already so clearly it was not busy. I say hi I put in a pick up order 10 minutes ago and they give me a dirty look and say "no" so I said can I just put in my order now then and they don't even respond but she comes over to the register and I give her my order anyway. I ask for 2 medium iced caramel LATTES with extra caramel and 1 donut. She takes 3 minutes to just do that. Her name was Beth and then there was a younger girl behind her making the coffee. She says my total is $8 so I give her a $20 dollar bill and she gave me 7 back in change. I don't care what the total is I was in a rush already but I look at the screen and the total changes to $12.47 and she didn't even let me know. So then I get given my drinks 5 minutes later (mind you there is no line and no online orders in) and they give me 2 MACCHIATO's (not what I asked for) but I don't have time to even tell them they messed up. I continuously say thank you and have a good day and I get nothing back in response but blank stares as if they are brain dead and just rolled out of bed and have never been to dunkin before. They forget my donut and I have to remind them (as if that's hard to remember when there is literally 2 of them getting my small order) and I remind them of my donut they give it to me and don't say sorry or have a nice day or anything. I have worked in the restaurant industry ONLY and customer service for almost 4 years now so i tried cutting them some slack but I have never had such terrible god-awful service in my life and I recommend that BETH is fired at the least. I will never be coming back even tho that is the closest dunkin to me.

Holy Cow! This place is HORRIBLE! I just went there for the first time today and it took forever and they weren't busy at all. The employees are rude and the person I assume was the manager, a black lady was so damn ignorant and rude!!! Heartland has some serious problems here!!! You'll never get another dime from me, my friends, or my family!

VERY slow. My coffee and donut took 20 mins and it wasn't the right coffee. Terrible service. They have no idea what they're doing
