The past few times I have visited this Dunkin' they have had the donuts my boys want which doesn't always happen at the other close locations. I think their drive thru is super convenient to then get back on to 51. I have not yet been inside the restaurant but it looks clean from what I can see from my car.

I've been to this location a handful of times. As I think I've been to every location in the Pittsburgh area. This is a newer facility. Used to be a Boston Market. What can I say the coffee, food and donuts are the best. The service is always quick and prompt.

I love Dunkin' Donuts especially for iced or hot coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Not as big a fan if I want a specialty drink such as a latte as I can be a bit particular with my beverages. I strongly recommend mobile order in advance if possible. I waited what seemed to be an exceptionally long time in the morning when I simply went inside to order but I think it should not be unexpected during the week at prime hours before work. This location is nice though. New and clean with a drive thru! No issues at this site for me! I'll be back.

Not sure how this Dunkin' has such a low review. I go here probably 4 times a week and they always get my order right. Beat Dunkin' in the area

This location is pretty nice! Tons of seating. I love Dunkin's munchkins and I tried my first almond milk latte from Dunkin at this location- it was surprisingly pretty good! This location is a quick drive from my house so I am sure I will be back many times.

Dunkin Donuts #358477No Excuse, just very bad service!!!!I placed a mobile order for a coffee, a ghost pepper donut and 10 assorted minis. I get there to pick it up and I had to ask them for my order. Turns out they didn't have any ghost pepper donuts and the only minis they had were glazed. I'm beyond pissed because I could have driven 10 minutes in the other direction and ordered from another location. I've had minor issues in the past with Dunkin', but I think I'm done spending my money here!!!!! If I pay for something, I should not have to just take what they choose to give me - complete BS!

A new Dunkin Donuts in our coffee-obsessed city (and there was singing and dancing in the steeets)!Passing by on my way home and not being in a hurry to sit in traffic, I pulled in.This is a big and bright DD (which used to be the site of Boston Market, I think). They have a dining room that could easily accommodate another 2 tables for 4 people, and still not be crowded. And if zoning and fire ordinances permitted it, they could put a few tables for 2 people outside. People, especially here in The 'Burgh, like eating outside. Seriously, you could sell stale donuts and mediocre coffee, and if there's outdoor seating, you'll make money hand over fist in Pittsburgh.Inside the bright, well-lit dining room, there's 3 tables for 4, 3 tables for 2, and a long, faux marble high top for 6, complete with 2 recessed charging stations. There are 3 double electrical outlets, but only 2 are near tables. The third is to the right of the door as you enter, and only convenient if you don't mind standing. Alone. In a corner (perhaps in shame for having pigged out on donuts?). The order counter and donut case is to the left as you enter. I walked up and said I wanted to add money to my DD app. The cashier, a polite, giggly young woman, did not know how to do that. She asked 2 others, before asking the store manager who came over and rang it. I wished she had gone slower for the three young women, and that they had watched so they could learn. I ordered a travel mug refill (hot, decaffeinated, hazelnut swirl), and they didn't know how to ring that, either. Ok. No problem. I wasn't in a hurry, and everyone is new at something once. Plus, I was the only customer. The manager rang that, too. I had to ask for a coffee stirrer, as they only had straws, sugar and artificial sugar at the condiment station. First three people said they didn't have any. I asked if they were out, or if they didn't carry them. A fourth young woman said they had them (apparently at the drive-thru window) and gave me one. Then I asked for a napkin. Actually, they were at the condiment station. I didn't see them because they were in front in a recessed dispenser, about even with my thigh (I'm 5'1"). This is a young crew, giggly, social with each other, and polite, but not well-trained. As busy as this road is, I'm sure (and hope) that will change. In a hurry, or want to avoid bad weather? There's a drive-thru to the right as you pull in their private, newly-paved parking lot. They are located on the corner of Glenburn Ave. and Clairton Blvd., across the street from Truck-N-Stuff, and diagonally across from Pastries a la Carte (just look for the huge red, orange and white balloon arch). Dunkin Donuts is open daily, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., including their drive-thru. Now, to register for free coffee for a year (meaning more DD reviews coming your way if I win).

New Dunkin so, OK. But whoever is making the donuts, please figure out what you are doing wrong with the glaze on the munchkins. Also, got a regular donut chocolate today, icing situation was pretty lame too. Seems like a training situation, wrote this review hoping someone corrects the issue.

Went to this location today. Pulled up to the window and said Hi to the girl working. She looked so thrilled to be there. She didn't say anything back to me. Handed her a $20 bill to pay for my order. She hands me bills and change back so fast that most of my change (quarters and dimes) fall down on the curb below the window. I can't open my driver side door to pick it up since I'm close to the curb/building. Then she tries to hand me a donut for 2 donuts without the donuts! She then proceeds to sigh really loud and say Ugh, I have to get your donuts!!!! Geez girl, who peed in your Wheeties this morning?? So freaking crabby!!!

Bad bad bad. We went through the drive through. I'm very aware that I'm at a C Level institution to begin with. That being said, I thought I'll get a breakfast sandwich. Ordered the dough breakfast sandwich. Extremely dry and plain. Had rye bread instead of sourdough. Cold bacon. Almost no cheese. I also tried a classic glazed donut for old time sake. It tastes like it's old.
