Dunkin'

This location is pretty hit or miss, depending on the time of day and staff. This morning was a miss. The cashier was nice but the person serving the food was unfriendly and grumpy, and prepared 4 online orders before the coffee we ordered. I have had quicker and more positive experiences here about 50% of the time I visit, but that's not often enough for me to want to come back anytime soon.

First off, Dunkin's food and drinks are trash. I go to the local coffee shops up on Washington and their quality is just so much better. 2nd, Dunkin's service is the worst. Sometimes they put your food on the back wall, sometimes on the counter and they hardly call out the name. It NEVER fails that if I order 2 food items, one will be forgotten. Literally EVERY time a an item is missing. 3rd, its dirtyThe ONLY reason I go here is because it opens earlier than most places near by. If I have to be at work by 7, the other coffee shops near by don't open until 7.

I've gotten breakfast/a caffeine boost from this Dunkin' a couple times this year - they've been the perfect pick-me-up after some recent doctor's appointments in this area.I always order via the mobile app so I can run in, pick up my order, and continue on with my day (especially if I'm headed back to work after an early appointment). Big shout-out to the staff because my order has always been ready, and has always been perfect. They are on top of things here!The menu is the standard Dunkin' fare that we all know and love (at least I'm assuming you love it if you're visiting a Dunkin'). So donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Lots of stuff to satisfy my sweet tooth, for sure, although I'm also a big fan of a good bagel breakfast sammie!Only bummer is that this location has no drive-thru, so no matter what you'll have to park to get your order. I do recommend the mobile app (especially if you're a regular, gotta get those perks!), but the Dunkin' store itself has lots of space so even when they're busy, I've never gotten the claustrophobic feelings that have come up when waiting in line at a jam-packed smaller store.All in all this is a solid Dunkin' and a good place to go for donuts and coffee. Here's to my future sweet-treats and pick-me-ups!

I love this Dunkin the staff is always so friendly and patient. My kid never knows what donut to get so they always suggest and don't rush him. The food is usually cooked perfect and the atmosphere is great as well. Plenty of laces to sit and eat if you want to stay inside. Only flaw is there is no drive thru at this location.

Solid drinks, friendly staff, a drink that gives you a nice warm hug from the inside. Whenever I want a nice Chai tea, this is the place I stop by. You can never go wrong with Dunkin. If I'm feeling like having a nice sweet treat, I definitely seek one of their jelly doughnuts. I don't normally like sweets, but when I do I go hard. Nothing better than double the sugar rush.

I come here after work, so it's never super busy when I go. Maybe that's why every single experience I have at this location is smooth, easy, and super fast. I'd say out of any Dunkin' in the area, this one is my favorite. Parking lot is a little bit awkward because of the location, but that never stops me from pulling in. The workers are always very friendly, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I love coming here after work or the gym for a quick coffee.

This update review is needed. Bad.Since my last review, employees have changed, as management. I frequent this fine establishment 3-4 days a week now. The employees are very nice and are very patient, as my mini-me is a very particular when he orders. I, of course love the DD coffee, often ordering just a regular black coffee. If I feel spunky, I will treat myself to one of the flavored coffees, such as the coconut or pumpkin spice (my faves). Mid morning seems to be the best time to be here, as there is rarely a wait, the donuts are still fresh and the staff takes their time making your sandwich. Friendly staff, friendly management, clean establishment. To DD corp: My only issue is the "recycling" aspect you like to boast. If a customer is eating in, then why the brown bag for one little donut or sandwich? There must be a better way. Trash is trash, recycled or not.

Went to this Dunkin twice, both times have been absolutely awful. The first time, I did a mobile order for food and drink- I get there and only my drink is out. I ask about my food and he looks at me like I'm crazy. Eventually the nice manager working makes it but dude was literally just not going to give me my food because he was too lazy to put a grilled cheese in an oven for a minute. Then I go this morning again, and they put the food and drink on the side- the normal Dunkin I go to doesn't do that and instead of just telling me that the kid working coped an attitude like how dare I force him to speak to me and I'm a complete idiot. I had every intention of tipping. Not after that. If you want crap attitudes and mediocre drinks- this is the Dunkin for you!

We walked in and were not greeted. At all. As we were ordering the staff was having multiple side conversations... and being straight up disrespectful to myself and my 80yo grandmother. Then as the girl got us our donut holes, she asked us for the second time "what would you like today?"... as we were leaving, she said in a exciting, pleasant voice "and your receipt" as if it'd be handed to her, and proceeded to scramble through about fifteen receipts. my grandmother remarked that she already had it. The "ambiance" of the trashy receipts was NOT good.

The Dunkin located on North Peachtree Road in Dunwoody, GA looked kind of uninviting with only enough space for 2 booths in the dining area. But we desperately needed breakfast and coffee, so we went on in. The 4 of us loved our breakfast sandwiches, hot chocolate, and iced coffees. Of course, we had to try some doughnuts which were also great. We went back 2 more times after that! The staff who work there were very nice and efficient! We will definitely go there again next time we visit Atlanta!
