Dunkin'

We went in today to get donuts. From a donut store. No munchkins. And only had about a third of what you should have in variety. You gotta figure that out Dunkin. Will find another place next time if it happens again.

The location is great and that's about it. They should not even bother asking you for your order because you get whatever they feel like making you. My order is never correct even on a simple coffee. I have tried to make complaints but i can never get through to anybody to do it. I did it in an email and was told someone would call me... never happened. I went there this am and the drive in line was really long so i decided to put my mask on and head on in. A large sign said come on in, we are open.... Nope doors were locked. If it was not on my way to work I would never ever go here. I wish North Versailles would get another chain in that would get my order correct.

I stopped by on my way home from the airport at 5:30 am. They were not very helpful. I had to ask do you have this kind of donut, no. Well what about this kind, yes. Then I get back to my dads and I open the box! If I didn't know what I ordered, I wouldn't have a clue what was in there! These are the safest looking donuts I have ever seen! You can't even see the chocolate icing, nor the sugar on the jelly donuts. The apple filled ...the two don't even look they are same kind of donuts! What a disappointment! If you are going to do your job, do it with pride please.

This location has to be the most consistently bad dunkin donuts location in all of PA. REGULARLY fail in getting simple orders correct. REGULARLY fail in taking your order and getting it correct without having to repeat multiple times. Hiring guidelines for anyone working outside the am shift must have a Maximum I.Q. limit - I'm guessing 60-70 maxFrom 6:00am to 9:00am you're most likely safe. After that and especially after 5pm it's a 50/50 chance on getting what you ordered, getting correct change (try to give exact amounts because apparently counting past 3 or 4 is a serious hardship), or getting thru the line without having to explain to them how to make your coffee.

Zero stores literally haven't been here for maybe three years to give them another chance and I come back just to get my money stolen in order fucked up. How can't you take the discount off my reward until after I pay the full amount and then you don't even give me the discount, just stole my money for something I wanted to use my reward on. Can you please people who know what they're doing doing because Starbucks would never. Won't be back

Through the drive-through today it was fast and very good service !! Coffee was very good donut was good just small price up size down , over all price good With the remodel of the place ,the service has gotten better. I only stop before if I had to the service as poor , but now it's a lot better so I stop more . The other location for me is in Forest Hills it's very slow , so now I skip it and go to NV , if the service keeps getting better that's where I will get my coffee. And one last thing it's nice that I can get a donut in the afternoon some day , before the remodel they have none or very little choice . .

I stopped at this Dunkin today on the way to work (first time in 5 weeks). The drive through line was really long, so I parked and walked in. Three employees stood there and just looked at me. I asked for a medium cup of regular coffee. They still stood there, looking at an older employee. The older employee informed me they are not taking walk ins, I either had to order on line or go through the drive through. All 4 of those employees still stood there. I said I didn't know and proceeded to walk out the door.There is no reason 4 employees who all still stood there could not have said, here's a coffee, just remember for next time, which is what I would have done. I'll never stop there again. One awesome thing, an older gentlemen was outside and I told him he had to order online, he said I already got one, and offered it to me as he noticed I was hurrying. Thank you to that awesome gentleman. (I did not take his coffee).

Horrible. Convinient location at most. Had to repeat my order 3 times to place it...not that big of a deal...get my order and its 100% not right. Call to tell them it was wrong, and call out Samantha (who was the cashier name on my slip)...and the man who answered literally lost control because I was talking about his girlfriend. Threatened me to come there so he can beat me up...Are you kidding me right now? Bro, nobody wants or gives two flying monkeys about your girlfriend. I'm sorry she just so happened to be the idiot who can't handle her job‍ Not to mention I am a woman
