It's really a hit or miss. Half the time my coffee tastes just right then the other half it's not at all what I ordered. Usually tasting really bland like they didn't put any cream or sugar in it when I always ask for extra of everything. (I order the same coffee each time on my app)UPDATEWent back a day later and the lady at the window asked me if my order was "Jordyn B" and I said yes and she proceeded to say "sums that up" then turned and laughed with the other workers. Beyond rude and unprofessional.

Waited for more 20 min in line for breakfast at drive thru. Ordered breakfast sandwiches which all were mediocre (egg white Turkey sausage on multigrain) But the absolute kicker was the breakfast bacon snacker. That thing was a disgrace! It was tiny and thrown together sloppily. I felt so bad for our friend who ordered it.

If you're a fan of ice tea you won't find any better. And it's only $1 at this location while it's almost $3 in Boardman. They do a great job with macchiatos when you need that double shot. Pleasant workers too!

Surprisingly small selection of donuts available every time I've stopped in. It seems that they have evolved so far away from the core product that is still their namesake. The Market District has a better selection of fresh donuts at a much lower price.

orders are never correct, they argue if you try to get it corrected, and calling them leads to a simple "I'll let the crew know"

I'm really disapppinted. I just went through the drive thru and ordered 3 coffees and ALL 3 were made wrong. I asked for 2 extra large coffees with extra cream, extra sugar, and extra caramel. Those 2 tasted like dirt. Very bitter. The 3rd coffee was supposed to have extra cream with caramel and no sugar. It had so much sugar that it was not drinkable at all. I would someone to contact me about a refund. This really could have made my day but it literally left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I've tried so hard to give this Dunkin a chance but it's been an annoying experience each time. I have been to this one five or six times now and every single time they have been out of at least one thing I've tried to order. Now I can understand being out of a seasonal coffee flavor or a type of donut. No. This Dunkin' runs out of cups (this has happened on two separate visits), straws, vanilla swirl and once they were sold out of all donuts except for glazed. Get your ordering together Dunkin!

Once again, I went to Dunkin and my beverage order was wrong!! This has happened repeatedly. When they first opened at this site, I went all the time, but this is tapering off due to the mistakes. They have put sugar in my beverage -- both iced tea and coffee -- several times without request. This time I called them. No apology. My advice is to take a sip before you pull out of the drive through.
