Dunkin'

My son always wants to stop in when he is in Oakland for school and everytime he has come in, this location has been completely out of donuts!!! Like WTF Dunkin? You're better than this. What happened to Dunkin always having fresh donuts and the cases would be full of delicious donuts... not everyone is a coffee drinker and a lot of Americans still wish Dunkin was just Dunkin Donuts... It's just extremely disappointing to say the least.. it's not just this location either, most locations have a small to non existent variety of donuts, stale donuts to choose from. Bring back making fresh donuts daily and actually having enough to sell when people come in to buy them .. the man behind me in line was extremely disappointed too at the location I went to

What's not to lovethis is a fine DDorder on the app the coffee and snacks are waiting for youthere is seating maybe for 6 the caramel craze latte sweet and creamy they put the sugar crystals and the caramel drizzle on the whipped cream sometimes other DDs dont you might be surprised but the plain old fashion donuts is really yummy with out being crazy sweet donuts muffins, croissants & coffee thats DDparking here can sometimes be a hassle and yes that first spot behind the parking sign on Centre people honk at you because they fail to read the sign its where the street parking starts so I am parking here honk all you want because I want my donut and coffee

This Dunkin location is brand new and always very clean. They have a pretty good selection of donuts even into the afternoon, which is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful overall. Recently went with my friend to pick up breakfast, and she tried to use a Dunkin Donuts gift card that apparently had a problem with magnetic strip because the register wouldn't recognize it as a gift card. The girl at the cash register called her manager over to help and went to start working on our coffees. The manager clearly didn't know how to help or didn't feel like it. She swiped the card a couple of times and then gave us an explanation about how it must be a corporate Dunkin Donuts card, and since they were a franchise, it wouldn't work there. I've been using gift cards for a while and have never heard of such a thing. Any time I've experienced an issue with a gift card or credit card either working at a restaurant or visiting one, the solution is usually to punch in the numbers manually. But if you plan on visiting this location, just be aware that gift cards work differently in this store than anywhere else in the country I guess.The French crullers are excellent though.

Beautiful & Spacious and a much needed addition to the area. Large table seating, quite, new, clean & bright & it sits nestled right on a busy intersection corner. I'm pleased to have it in the area! The staff is friendly & efficient. It just opened in the month of February so be sure to check it out.

Our order was stolen, but that didn't stop this Dunkin! They remade my order right away. Coffee was good too.

It would take less time to drive to Shayler and order from there than to visit this DD. There are actually 3 people doing nothing while I waited to order. While the slapstick comedy is amazing- I'd rather run up the street and go to a local donut place. Everyone was very nice but so unorganized it was amazing.

this was my hanging spot with my friend ed. i liked the green tea and ate a donut some time.they cheaper than starbucksand there has browns not bad.it's very clean and i love they have internet connection so i can handle my business and snack. i guess they tested me someone dropped their card and i turned it in to the cashier. they could of gave me a discount but gods good. i still got love for the unnderdog.theresa carroll independent.

This is a classic new Dunkin restaurant located on Centre and Dithridge in One on Centre apartments! It's good and new, but lacks sufficient seating room, so it's hard to come and work and definitely gets most of its business from students living at one on Centre

Very nice new store with lots of good stuff. Only problem is there's NO TRASH CAN outside store at very busy intersection of Centre & Craig, which is also bus stop for several routes. Lots of litter with Dunkin name on it.

I'd give a 0 star if that would be even possible. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich with fried egg and white cheddar. The staff gave me a egg cheese sandwich with bacon and an english muffin. I also ordered an avocado toast, but the normal seasoning wasn't present and the toast wasn't toasted. It was just raw doughy bread slice with avocado cream on it. I don't eat bacon or pork, so this was an incredibly offensive thing and I threw out my order.
